At 6 o’clock in the evening, this store shut down the other half causing a line all the way down to the back of the store and turning down the main aisle in the back of the store I was one of maybe 20 people that decided to leave their cart there because after we seen that three people were working the entire front register while watching dozens of employees standing around talking in the aisles while we are all waiting. Walmart, you need to get your stuff together. This is getting ridiculous. You are paying people to sit around and play on their phone while your customers just get stuck standing in the lines. These self checkout registers were supposed to help out how about getting the employees to actually work.

I dropped my car off over 2 hours ago for my 11:30 oil change and still waiting. The lady working the desk is nice. But 2 hours? Why bother making anyone schedule an appointment?

Service center sucks. Had a 4:30pm appointment. At 6pm. They still hadn't brought inside. The tech was watching his phone instead of working on cars for 30 minutes straight. Then when I tell them I wanted my car back. They said I canceled the appointment. No. You did when almost 2 hours after the appointment you still hadn't brought my car in. And the tech isn't doing anything but watching his phone

This walmart sucks, the people working here are rude and trying to buy some cologne they had the price marked wrong and was in a locked case they tried to over charge me and then not one person could speak English at all. If your going to work in customer service maybe you should be able to speak both. Won't be going back I absolutely hate walmart.

I had a frustrating experience at this Walmart. I needed to return an online order and, as instructed, went to the store. I arrived at 9am on a Monday morning, only to be told that the service desk wouldn't open until 10am. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially since the Walmart website clearly states that the service desk is open from 8am to 10pm every day. It’s disappointing that the information provided online doesn’t match what happens in-store. If Walmart requires customers to return items in person, the least they can do is ensure accurate communication and consistent service hours.
The only positive was the greeter who was extremely friendly and helpful.

No carts to be used on either end of the store. I was told to go outside and get one. This store is full of some of the rudest employees. A lot of the employees look like they rolled out of bed without doing anything to themselves like combing hair or wearing actual clothes instead of pj's. I wish all the employees were like the ladies in the pharmacy......they are amazing!!!!!
