Employees were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. However, the unit itself was filthy. Our items were covered in dirt and debris and our things were only stored for about 6 weeks.

Bob Rhodes came in on his day off to help me. I had taken a day off work, so I really appreciated him going to such lengths to help me out. He was thorough in his explanations and the prices were fair. He was up front about future price increases. I really appreciated his help.

Bad experience with non working keypad on a Sunday and no personal available to let me in.

I feel like it's a little bit expensive but it does hold all of the things that I needed they do also offer you use of their moving truck the first time that you move in for free so all in all I love the security and the assistance that they provided
