This place is trash. It looks nice, new remodeled apts, nice driveway BUT the tenants are delinquents. Packages are stolen constantly, kids are allowed to run in and out of empty apts causing havoc. People just randomly knock on your door . Neighbors fighting all the time. You can’t complain to the office, the lady in the front asks rhetorical and ridiculous questions when you complain.The other lady just hands you a paper with their “security” people’s number and exceeds you call them yet there is no security to prevent this from happening. They won’t rent to Decent, hard-working people but if you hand them money, they quickly give you an apartment where you are allowed to do illegal things and you to go to the office and complain about it because the office does not care after you have signed the contract.The receptionist doesn’t like taking ANY complaints from tenants, it annoys her and those are her precise words. They rather YOU the tenant invest in a security camera for yourself out of your own pocket yet rent here starts in the $900s.This housing company has money to invest in making the place look pretty but not in their tenants security INSIDE the apt buildings. Living here is basically fending for yourself.

Office staff is rude moved out and now saying I owe when I paid my rent before I moved out highly don’t recommend living here

Just horrible during the walk through there was broken things and no one came to fix them. Put in a work order they say they ordered the parts then later on I go up to the office they say I didn’t make a work order it disappeared it’s been a year and nothing has been fixed

Lived here when I was 15 - 20 years ago. It was pretty rough then. I remember running away & people helper me out here. However I definitely suggest avoiding this place. Kids run around all hours & it wasn't very clean. Drove by the other day & they've actually closed an entrance... that should tell u how bad its gotten!

Just don’t . Office is rude. They don’t fix anything. Moved into a dirty home. With unfinished carpet. Safety hazards for kids. No fire hydrant in hallway . Shootings every night. The list could go on. It just needs shut down

We been without water for over 36hours, I have a grandmother that's very sick...she need s a nurse aide..well me a 9 other residents went to the office and they was in there, and they didnt let us in..They blamed it on the Water Company, but they sayed its not them..they have no water shortages nowhere on Post rd.. The leasing office stop answering they phone and told us there isn't anything they can due..Did I mention we are in the winter storm...Im not complaining about the roaches nor the fact that the kids around here set fires to buildings.......They need someone who is going to help the RESIDENTS HERE...WE PAY OVER $1100.00 DOLLARS A MONTH AND HAVE TO GO THREW THIS....IM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT PPL CUTTING OUR MUFFLERS OFF OUR VEHICLES...

Just from viewing the property itself, it’s shameful. Let these other reviews guide you when deciding to move here. You can see the shift in tone of the responses coming from the (Owner). Any recent responses are clear deflections of responsibility, I cannot even imagine contacting the office if the (Owner) is already this abrasive. Clearly there is photo evidence provided by these tenants, which match the descriptions of these apartments, and your excuse to deflect is always “You’re not in our database.” Really? I have no interest in moving here, and I’ve never felt the need to write a review just based off the behavior of someone. Those responses are disgustingly unprofessional.

I had three stoves the cords caught on fire I never saw the security they said that they had the cones up some kinda reason not to give you your deposit back after living there for 4 years how you think the carpet would look like they always changing office Mangerment it was really hot out and they decided not to open up the swimming pool there dryers always broke down not a safe place to live at I will not rent from them again
