Terrible! I really should have left when I seen the greasy equipment and fries everywhere. The slushy lemonade machine looked absolutely dirty. It doesn’t look like the restaurant had been cleaned since last year. I won’t even mention the customer service because there was none. The cashier was doing the best he could with a line full of people. On a Monday!

Terrible. Just left drive thru, disgusting old fries, chicken sandwich missing 2 key ingredients, no receipt provided. Waste of time and money. Called and manager says we can return and have them remake it. This location just needs to close.

I try to give this place another chance but I am done. I don't know who they have working up in there. Not only did you get my baconator pretzel sandwich wrong, I took it back in there for them to remake it only for them to still not put it on the pretzel bun. It's called a pretzel bun baconator. I am so over this place. I feel like this Wendy's have never came back after the pandemic. Some of the workers I don't know what's going on as if they could not comprehend what you were saying. One worker was too busy stuffing his face eating and not paying attention to the order. So that's how my order got wrong. And then you want to give me a random receipt of somebody else's receipt. You could tell the floor and everything was not cleaned.

I used the drive thru and it took a while for my order to be taken, which is understandable with a short staff. What I disliked was not being to see my order on the screen, which would have avoided my order being taken incorrectly and charged extra. I could barely hear the person taking my order. After I received my food I checked to ensure it was all there, it was. Once I got home and opened up the wrappers the order was incorrect. Again the waiting is not an issue for me. It's the confusion of placing my order. Please fix your monitor.

Drive through had 2 cars to order and it took at least 5 minutes before they asked to take your order for each car. We ordered chicken nuggets, a plain chicken sandwich with Mayo and 2 small peppermint frostys and it took a few minutes to get. They gave us chocolate instead of peppermint (luckily we noticed in the dark). When I got home my plain sandwich had lettuce and tomato and I bit into a spicy chicken not regular! They had at least 4 people working and couldn’t get our order done correctly. What a waste of money!
