So I asked for a honey chicken bacon sandwich this morning. And I got a maple one that was soggy and probably been there since they opened. Never will go to this place again I used to have good Service. But I guess I won’t have to worry about that anymore. They made sure that today.

Went into the store to get food and was met with red flag after red flag! Someone while I was there had something fuzzy on his chicken sandwich. 2 others came back in with wrong orders. I waited 30min to get one burger, that was made wrong. I ordered a triple and got a dry double. My coworkers also got wrong orders. The soda machine was out of almost all of the sodas. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. This is also the 3rd Wendy's I've had issues with... Wendy's is going down hill and I'm done trying.

Great food but they are almost always out of the cold brew coffee and I pay an additional dollar because of it.

Working for this company was like a trip to high school the mangers are very not understanding except one manager that I rarely go to work for, and the workers were very ghetto and disrespectful I wouldn't recommend a fry from this whole company this location or meridian location, while in Indianapolis.! Today I called the store of this location again the manager on shift right now didn't want to remember her name wouldn't AND DIDN'T TRY TO answer a simple question so I can obtain my tax return just called me a pet name "Baby' and hung the phone then took the phone off the hook .Glad I left this company and location I just want my taxes at this point so I can put this whole experience with these nasty people can be behind. Glad I left the company smh can't pay me to give the location and other location good review Through the establishment away.

Very poor service went through drive thru my total was 14.16 for my meal. I handed the lil girl 20.16 she handed my food. I told her I needed my change. She states you gave me exact change. I told her no I gave u 20.16. She then began to question my money in my hand. Had the nerve to say I was being rude for asking for my change. I wasn't even given a receipt for my order. Will not be giving Wendy's anymore of my money. Food was cold on top of the bad experience in drive thru

Sometimes the staff is nice and kind other times not so much. Every time I order, I have to wait for my food. The food order is not a special order, nor do I request extra or make the order complex. Slow service.

Another fail by this location. Received completely wrong order delivered by door dash. Okay fine, asked for a re-order and delivery as prompted by door dash. Order accepted and waited just to be called by door dash saying restaurant is refusing to make order saying it was already done. Door dash driver tried calling them and I tried calling them with no answer. With more 1 star reviews about your location than any other your operators should sell the business to someone who can actually do it right.

Our family does not eat a lot of fast food, but when we do, it's usually Wendy's. This location has the absolute worst service that we have ever experienced.. 2 times. We gave the the location a second chance thinking that the first visit could have been an anomaly, but no, it was worse. We waited in drive through for 20 minutes before our turn to place our order we waited in front of the microphone for an additional 5 minutes without a greeting or acknowledgement. I repeatedly said hello, and asked if there was anyone there. I finally drove to the window and asked if I could place my order. She said no I needed to go to the back of the line. When I told her how long we waited, and that I repeatedly asked for her at the order microphone, she said she heard me, but they were busy and I would still have to go to the back of the line. The manager ignored me, so we drove away and went to the Dairy Queen a mile east and were served in a timely manner with professional service.

Pretty much out of everything, food was cold (my friends food was. I didn't eat. I left), service was rude. Won't be eating here again.
