Called in prescription 3 times from dr office and they say they never received it. Stopped by dr office and they called pharmacist directly to have him fill the prescription. Made 4th trip to Walgreens and pharmacist was rude stating the dr never called in the prescription. But they some how have it but they need dr approval to fill it. Went back to dr and they said they already approved the prescription to be filled. Pharmacist there has no customer service skills whatsoever. Very incompetent. Asked dr to call in prescription to cvs

I have never, at any pharmacy, had to wait as long as I do at this one. On the rare chance that they actually have our medications ready at the promised time, we end up waiting 20 minutes to an hour without fail. Never an apology or an explanation, just snark and rudeness. I worked at a Walgreens for 4 years, and this is not how they are supposed to be operated. Floor team is pleasant though, the one star is strictly due to how exasperated we get every time we have to deal with the pharmacy. Pick up your prescriptions at any other pharmacy, seriously. I write this as we have been sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes (inside is never quicker), and there is still another car in front of us.

I really don't understand why any Walgreens is still selling cigarettes or tobacco at all and then your lines are long because people don't know what to buy behind the counter .. also their customer service people are the worst. are rude in there including the bald headed black glasses pharmacist with a BAD atttitude... what a j*** every time. Also you should have Uscans like CVS ...you lost a loyal customer today.

They told me my medicine would be ready in 20-25mins, ok great, I'll wait. When it's ready, they didn't even have all of it in stock. I asked could they transfer my script to another Walgreens pharmacy that may have it in stock (they can do this, because I've done it several times before), he told me no. He told me they would get a truck the next day and when they get it in and fill it, they would call me. I never received that phone call. This is the 3rd time this pharmacy has done this to me. I asked the doctor to send it to a different pharmacy from the beginning because I no longer live near this one, he did not

The pharmacist spoke to me like a dog acting like I have never filled a prescription before. I had to call twice because he refused to help me the first time. My daughter was very ill and needed the medication ASAP. It took them 3 hours to agree to fill it, and I am still waiting. Total a*******
