Going door to door and knocking and leaving nothing behind. Very creepy. Watched a branded van dump them and they knocked on my and all my neighbors doors. Very disruptive and annoying.

we are on our second window from White Oak Construction we are in an older home lots of work to do we have been very pleased with there quality and pricing one window made a world of difference so i will be glad when all of them are done i trust this company and Matt was very nice and knowledgeable looking forward to our second window be installed

I definitely wouldn’t recommend them they are WAY OVER PRICED charge my grandma 20k for a 1 story lil house an then they was finna forget a couple things unless I said something about it an then cut our wifi cords in the wifi box so for a week we didn’t have wifi bc they cut our cords instead of just unpluggin it ? They dont even speak English for anything can’t understand a word they say they really need to come with a translator

Only one young man came to work and he was awesome! Polite, friendly and explained everything he was doing. It would have been nice if he could have arrived sooner. We were told he would arrive sometime between 8-9 AM. His first day arrival was 11:30. Even so, all the windows were installed. The second day he was earlier at 10:30. I know he had to drive from quite a distance. He finished up on the second day and everything looked absolutely perfect AND everything was cleaned up spic and span! Would definately recommend his work again.

I bought some windows about 9 months ago and then just recently called them to replace my remaining windows. They sent a salesman out and he started going through the spiel, I had to stop him and tell him that I knew all about the product, I didn’t need a hard sale. I just wanted to replace my remaining windows.
Fortunately, I still had the paper with the original estimate written on it. I was told the quote was good for a year but they don’t keep records of their quotes! If I had not had that piece of paper that showed how much I had paid for my windows, they were going to try to charge me at least another thousand dollars for these last few windows! I was very disappointed in that, I feel like it is not trustworthy and not good customer service.
As for the quality of the windows, I really like them. They help with temperature and sound. However, I have one custom-made bow window that I am disappointed in the quality of the frame. They told me that the frame would be unfinished, as in not painted or stained. But what they didn’t tell me was that it would have splinters and chunks out of the wood. I’m frankly shocked at the poor quality of this frame. I mentioned it to them and they said they would make a note of it, but nobody has reached out to try to fix anything. I guess they figure they have their sale, why bother?

We had White Oak install new siding on our home a few years ago and we were so pleased with the quality of product and craftsmanship by their crews that we contacted them for our roof and gutters. The salesman were awesome to work with and the quality of product offered for roofing and gutters could not be matched by any others. The removal of the old materials and installation of the new was done extremely fast and they cleaned up all waste. I plan on using them again in the near future. I would recommend them before even talking with anyone else.

Today Devonte and Matt come to our home and talked with us about replacing our door, gutters and windows. They were very friendly, understanding, and willing to take our needs into consideration.
