I went in today needing a certain type of candle for a birthday celebration, and I found exactly what I wanted in the store. The store was the only busy place in the mall and I can see why. They have anything you would need for kitchen and most of what you would need for a home, is all very pretty, and the service inside the store is quick and friendly. I also saw the perfect bakers rack that I want in my kitchen so I am sure that I will be back at least for that baker's rack. They also have pots, pans, silverware, towels, dishes, appliances, almost anything that you could want for cooking or baking. Or hosting for that matter.

I ordered items that were listed as in stock online. Once the order was placed it is now listed as backordered 3 months.

The point of sale system online is terrible when trying to purchase using visa gift cards. I tried to grab the cupola flatware set while it was on sale and the system would not work. My card was activated and loaded so I tried it as a gift card and as a credit/debit, nothing worked and I had to leave for an event. Upon my return home, I tried a few more times, only this time, it wouldn’t ship to my location. The next day I contacted customer service only to find it was not available and there was nothing else they could do. I asked about being added to a list for any returns and that was a flat out “no”. I wouldn’t be so hellbent on this set if I didn’t have a physical disability in regards to my hands. The round handles feel nice in hand while a lot of flatware out there is quite literally… flat. Through all my effort customer support was not helpful and could not even provide anything not even a recommendation for something similar. Very disappointing as a long time customer.

I purchased a Williams Sonoma Zester and have used it twice. It became dull. I attempted to exchange at the store and was told that if it was over 30 days since the purchase, there was nothing they would do . The customer service by the sales woman at Keystone mall was unacceptable and she refused to give me her name . I have shopped here Many time over the years and have not experienced this level of customer dismissal

Found a gravy boat here, which I struggled finding anywhere else. Beautiful pieces, but most were out of my price range. People were very nice and helpful and suggested to me stores where I could find more affordable but still nice pieces. A+ service

They robbed me of so much time and money and no one was helpful at all.

Nice variety of kitchen supplies but pricey. Wait a bit when they have sales. Overall, staff was nice & very attentive when I asked for assistance

I've always loved Williams Sonoma products in the past, but after my experience at this store, I will never shop there again. We wanted to buy a few big items and saw that they have a 10% back reward if you get a WS credit card. So we did that, purchased the items on the card, and everything was good. Months go by and we did not receive the rewards, so I called and customer service told me I had to handle it through the store since that's where the purchase was made. Went to the store, they were clueless, but acted like they were trying to help. Told me I would hear back in a few days. Nothing. Went a few weeks later and was told the same thing. Then, again, no word. I have contacted them several times and only get ignored. They pretend to help when you are standing in front of them, but don't actually help at all. Terrible customer service.

Ordered dinning chairs from WS back in January. Still waiting for the order and there’s no update on my order. Even though their products are amazing, and worth the wait, but 4 months wait (and still counting) is unacceptable.

Visited the store at Keystone Mall wanting to get a Wusthof knife and inquire about knife sharpening services.Spent some time in the knife section of the store and was entirely ignored by staff who seemed fixated on other tasks but hardly any of them was tending to customers, maybe just one in the entire store.Needless to say, not going back. I will try my luck and visit another store in the area or go to Sur Le Table at Clay shops.

Great quality products but their lack of customer service isn’t worth it. Williams Sonoma is under the same ownership as Pottery Barn & West Elm. I ordered a chair that was backordered for 2 months. It got delivered but was the wrong color (supposed to be cream but came as navy blue). I now have to wait 3 additional months for the correct item. They will not issue a discount or anything for their mistake.

Valerie did a great job of tackling the back room to find what I was looking for. I was really tired after work and I so appreciated her help! Thank you!

I'm going out of my way to Yelp this particular store because it was so out of bounds something needs to be said. I've been shopping at various WS stores for 20 years and online. On a recent trip to Indy, my friend and I stopped into this store. We were asked maybe 20 times (often by same associate) if we needed help between the 2 of us. Ok, annoying, but not a big deal. But very weird. Even after one of us had finished checking out and stood there with, you guessed it....bags that have Williams Sonoma plastered all over them, do you need help? WE ARE GOOD! Thank you :). Goodness. The kicker, though: we stood in a fairly long singular line for 4 registers to check out. When it was time for my friend to be called, I walked up with her. We were buying items on the same card, but ultimately decided to put them on separate cards. We were scolded a good few minutes by the associate asking if we were together or not - and ultimately, she would let it pass this time that I stood at the register with her. !?!?! Umm, I was next in line? We almost dropped our items and walked out. Look, I get it, seasonal help. How about some common decency or sense? I swear, sometimes I want off this planet, if this is the world we are all going to inhabit now.

I am fairly new to the Indy area and I haven't been to the Fashion Mall very much. I decided to stop in Williams Sonoma to look for hand soap dispensers. I found some glass foaming soap dispensers with a foaming concentrate. They only had a few scents to choose from (Lemon, Pink Grapefruit & Fleur De Sel) Two different sales people helped me (one with the soap dispensers and another offered to take my purchases and hold them at the counter since my hands were full). Both women were incredibly nice. The store had a lot of really fun kitchen items. I probably could have spent longer in the store but I had some other errands to do. The soap dispensers I also ended up LOVING! I prefer foaming hand soap for the kitchen and bathroom sink. I got the Lemon scented soap for the kitchen and the Fleur De Sel for the bathroom.

Doesn’t worth it to go to a place where management tell you a different policy on returns than what there website and customer service saysWant it to purchase a Kitchen-aid mixer and they said if I used it once I can’t return, customers service on the phone said you can return it.So I can’t do any business with them if they don’t trust there products
