Windsor is a great choice for homecoming dresses, offering good selection & fair prices.
Just note: lines for dressing rooms are long as homecoming and prom approaches, and finding a staff member to help access high-hung dresses can be a struggle (more garment hooks would help so that customers could help themselves!). Also totally understandable- dresses are final sale, I'm not sure if this is policy on all of their clothing, but this has been the case with all of our purchases.

August 26th cashier was extremely rude to me. She also tried to deny me of getting a refund for whatever reason. She also let other customers go before me. I had to go get security because she literally was causing a scene. Will not be returning.

Emmakait was extremely helpful and professional helping me pick out a dress for a very special evening. I recommend coming to Windsor for not just the large selection they have, but the staff as well!

Staff was very helpful with helping me find a dress for my partner. Gave me plenty of options and offered to get multiple sizes down for me. Had some great accessories too! Grabbed a pair of sunglasses for myself.

Came to look for Hoco dresses right when they 1st open on Saturday. Could not get in dressing room due to only one worker here. Line already long to try on dresses.

I will never shop with this store again. Their customer service is terrible. Brought a dress and it was damaged and the manager wouldn’t service me at all. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and have to wear a damaged dress. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

My daughter loves this clothing. Today, you had your clothing area blocked off although there was a young employee manning the clothing area. She created an unnecessary line for the fitting room while at least 4 areas remained open. My daughter and I both got dressing rooms finally after waiting. Next thing you know, she sent someone into our room while we were changing. The guest who entered apologized and said that the employee had told her to use our dressing room. It just felt pretty ridiculous because there were so many empty. You could tell it was more about power and control instead of good customer service. Also, every time I ran to grab another item for my daughter, I had to physically squeeze around the gated off belt that obstructed the guest from entering. If you are trying to win over customers, get more attentive staff and help you guest feel like you want them to try on clothes......so they can actually buy them.

We were looking for a middle school dance dress. Must have been good selection because my wife and daughter spent hours look and trying stuff on. The only thing would be some chairs for dad's and husband's to set on and wait. Prices are good too.
