Customer service was horrible, man was at the counter high off some type of drug slurring his words . Waited over 40 mins for a 10 piece wing & when I asked about my order cece that work in the kitchen responded with a horrible attitude and smart remarks. Wasn’t trying to give me a update about my order and advise the high man to keep telling me 15mins . Very unprofessional

Employees wasn't professional they all act like they looking for a confrontation instead of trying to give good customer service. If I owned this establishment I would be embarrassed.

Yall definitely got the right one. Yall have blatantly given me the wrong food for all the money I pay at least 8 times. Guaranteed I’ll be seeing some yall around when yall get off. We’ll be watching fasure.

This restaurant used to be one of the best Wingstop in the area. Now it is just ran by ghetto trashy employees that can’t do their job correctly. I went inside at my quoted pick up time and was told my order wasn’t ready. After waiting for 15 minutes the woman grabs an order off the rack that had been there the entire time and called my name. The employee initially looked at the bag that was mine and said that didn’t belong to me. Retraining these idiots is not worth the money it’s going to cost so you’re better off shutting this place down.

I really enjoyed the staff and was greeted at the door. They shared how long my food would take and provided me with constant updates.Really thankful and appreciate the time and service.

This is horrible, I place a order around 1030am online , needless to say it's 12 noon and my lunch is over and my food still isn't here !! Can't get a live agent on the line just the same recording then hangs up

The employees the female employees were very rude no professionalism. You will sit there and wait down there 40 minutes for your food. They really need to change. The staff been here many times and they were getting worse and worse.

Wingstop is always a favorite. Some of the best wings and fries in town. I recommend the boneless mango habenero wings.

Ordered food online. Went to go pick up my order before they closed and was told they never received it. So they took my money and never gave me my food. I go inside the next day for a refund and couldn't speak with a manager to resolve the issue. I shouldn't have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back when it took seconds to pay for my food. That's unacceptable and I will not spend my hard earned money here. Too many problems

this establishment is super ghetto and trashy. they don’t even cook with gloves on or proper wear. I have no idea why they are allowed to be open in the first place we waited about 40 minutes still no food from these delinquents. they also brag about messing orders and gossip in the kitchen and disrespect foreigners.

Unfortunately I will not be ordering from this restaurant/location again. Honestly, the food was decent but ordering online was a pain.Apparently, they use DoorDash to deliver their orders, and I called the restaurant to dispute my order. I can handle a simple mistake but rude people and poor customer service,I cannot.First of all, it took 4 attempts before somebody finally got the nerve to answer the phone. Then the lady that answered the phone was VERY rude. I could hardly explain my issue as she kept cutting me off by saying, "we ain't got nothin to do with that. You need to contact DoorDash". I tried explaining that I didn't order through DoorDash, I ordered directly from the restaurant website. She continued to cut me off and repeated herself yet again. I asked if she could at least verify that they made the full order so that I would know whether it was truly a Dasher error or a restaurant error. She didn't want to hear what I had to say. She said "thank you" and disconnected the call.Leaving me no other choice, I was able to contact DoorDash and they had to contact the restaurant. When DoorDash customer service clicked back over to my line, she then explained to me that the restaurant refused to offer me a refund. So then she connected me to the Wing Stop Help Line where someone who was a lot more decent finally collected my information to give me the refund I was owed.I'm glad I will finally get a refund although I know it will take some time to process, but after this experience, I just simply CANNOT order with them again. Not as long as they have rude people handling the orders and customers.As I scroll and see the reviews that other people have left, I now see that they have a history and reputation for rudeness and poor customer service.
