Abysmal customer service. I'm glad they lost the city contract for recycling. Good riddance. I will never willingly do business with this company ever again.

This place is a joke. They just don't come pick up your recycling, want to charge you, and then act like it is your fault for not knowing your schedule when your container has been on the street for nearly 4 weeks. Why did the city change over from Republic Services to this joke of a company!?

Drove over to this recycler today and found no evidence of recycling anywhere. Big waste (pardon the pun) of time. Where is recycling in Indianapolis???
