I really appreciate them for the services they offer. For the great business they do for a people like me. (Like me meaning what ever situation that you may be able to get past by having a reliable bank account to rent a car etc. But others banks may not let you open one and make you wait for a debit card.They may be able to do your debit card same day. They are polite and helpful. Lol sometimes they are not perfect. But they are always great. Thanks to the staff and the company. You all were there for me when I needed you most. R.N.S.

Woodforest is the worst bank I ever banked with. I been with Woodforest for 15 years but I also have other banks. This bank is by far the worst bank.When you call customer service, they’re not able to understand you. The only thing customer service will tell you to go into a local branch. The local branch are very inconvenient because they’re located in Walmart.

I've been banking with this location for years. They have gone thru staff changes and I have built relationships with them all. I would say the current staff is the worst. The customer service is poor. The bank does open but nobody is there. Your standing 15-30min then they come from the back with no apologies. The back the bank machine is never working. I'm going to close my account.

if i could give negative stars lol. the whole company is d*** but especially this branch. twice, they've put the wrong amount of money in my account when i go to deposit. the girl counted it in front of me, i wrote down the exact amount on the slip, and she still didn't get it right. everyone there acts clueless and rude every single time i go

Every time we go to this branch it’s always have a sign up, An the works are so rude. Understand everything is ran a Certain kind of way but to discuss what you and a other customer went through while handling another customer is not Professional it Break your privacy rights In more ways or even have others looking at you funny…

This bank needs to be closed. The hours say 10am-6pm i arrived at 12 and no one was there the lights and everything where on. I assumed they may be at lunch even though no note was left. I waited 30 min and still no one showed up. Very unprofesional

I called 4 hrs ahead of closing time to open an account at walmart on Lafayette road and was told they closed card machine down at 5:10pm. Even though I called and told them I would be there to open a checking account. The young lady I spoke to on phone told me I had to come back. I am not sure if I want an account now!! Lost my business.

Dec 6 2021 went there at 10am. No one there to open up. Then they come strolling slowly from the back 1010am like nothing. No apology to use customers standing there. 1015am still not open. Hate this bank. I closed my account cause of bad customer service. I only went here to put money in mom account. Other than that this bank stinks........

Woodforest Bank employs liars, if I come into the bank and I ask to get money out of my account and you tell me I have the money , but 2 days later I get a notice of insufficient funds and I'm charged overdraft fees and what I took out,.. Are you serious?!!! I closed my account.

I tried to deposit a third party check into my account. I was told that the Lafayette Rd branch does not do that and that I would have to go to the Browns burg branch. That location is pretty far from me. I called customer service to ask why this branch didn’t offer this service and customer service said that ALL branches offer this service and she doesn’t know why I was told that. This is not the first, second, or third time I have been given wrong information. So frustrated. I have been a customer for many years but seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

1st time going to this bank, I decided to not get my check cashed there because of the high fees.I noticed that they prematurely had stamped my check PAID IN FULL. I DIDNT know they had stamped it on the back till I got to check cashing store #2 which cause a problem at cashing it there. I couldnt have Wood Forest bank to explain what happened at check cashing store #2 because they had closed. Worst weekend ever..Thanks WOODY.

This branch made me switch from a Visa debit card to Discover debit card. A lot of companies don't take Discover my phone company doesn't parking meters downtown don' just a few for example. I also live downtown and this is the closest branch to me which is a 15 minute drive. Went there today at 11:30am and the branch manager and the employees were all sitting there laughing having a good time BUT said they were closed and had NO IDEA when they would be open. Didn't go into any specficshow do you not know when your customer will be able to make a transaction. Terrible customer service and availability. I don't recommend Woodforest to anyone it's a terrible bank. Only use if it's your very last option.

Posting for all Woodforests in General. Have been banking with Woodforest for years. After experiencing a situation that could have been resolved quickly with good customer and that not being the case at all, we will be closing our account with Woodforest after the situation is actually resolved. Too bad.

Helpful courteous and pleasant. I've never had a bad experience at this branch.
