Had an amazing stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and top notch. I went to the restaurant and had a few great meals with superb service. What a nice time. I'll be back again! PS, the cocktails were great!

Stayed here for a night when our flight was canceled. On the plus side the bed itself was clean, but everything else was a bust. Hallways consistently smelled strongly like aged cigarette smoke, hotel employees argued in front of us, the thermostat in both my and my friend's rooms was non-functional so the room was stuffy and hot, decor felt like a bad 90's strip mall, and one fellow traveler had mold on his toilet seat. The Delta Hotel, Holliday Inn, or Courtyard nearby are massively better options well worth any additional money.

SO LETS START WITH THEIR OVER PRICING AND FOR AS OVER PRICED THESE OLD 80’s ROOMS ARE WHYYYYY ARE WE CHECKING OUT AT 9:00AM. WE RESERVED 3DAYS & Got charged for EXTRA $60 @ CHECKIN,( THEY ARE CLAIMING WE WILL GET IT BACK @ CHECKOUT BUT WE ARE SURE THEY WILL COME UPSITH A FABRICATED REASON NOT TO RETURN TO US SO I WILL UPDATE YOUALL ON THAT!) So We are LEAVING tomorrow morning & WILL NEVER BE BACK OR EVER RETURN TO ANYTHING ASSOCIATED with WYNDHAM OR AFFILIATES, I literally gave them NO STARS, if they hadn’t already robbed me for almost $400 just for 31/2 nights then I would’ve left. The over priced, outdated, creepy theme is ridiculous when there’s NON EXISTING HOUSKEEPING, And the fact they never mentioned there’s an extra $60 fee at checkin, no cleaning or new towels in 3 days, and not even Free coffee or breakfast. The elevators don’t work sufficiently, the handle in our bathroom shower was broke, and the toilets are too low. They shouldn’t be charging so much when it’s so out dated and the pool is closed,( THEY FAILED TO MENTION THAT ALONG WITH THE EXTRA CHECK IN FEE) & the top off & The biggest issue for us is this is by NO MEANS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY NOR IS THIS A FRIENDLY HOTEL ENVIRONMENT ) as they are advertising after they take your money. & let me make it clear THATS ADEAL BREAKER FOR US! Everybody is rude and stares you down to watch your every move, it’s really (un~settling). I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR STAY HERE AGAIN. This was the worst experience my kids ever had and they are RUDE after over charging you when there’s not even ANYTHING AROUND for them to be on high surveillance at a low budget hotel for a RIDICULOUS HIGH PRICE. DO NOT STAY HERE, you can’t even get towels as I’ve stated and pretty much everything is outdated and malfunctioned. We will update after check out!Rooms: Not worth the money and THERE NO AMMENATIES OR TOWELS WHEN YOU NEED THEM just like their lack of service.Noteworthy details: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, you can stay at a Days Inn with FREE BREAKFAST AND COFFEE and their service IS FRIENDLY AND SUPERB AND NO HIDDEN FEES. WYNDHAM will over charge you and rude on top of you won’t get simple towels or a room where everything works. They have HIDDEN FEES AT CHECK IN AND DO NOT TELL YOU THAT.

Avoid this hotel at all cost! The lobby is the most updated space in the entire hotel. My recent stay at this establishment was hands down my worst hotel experience to date. & I travel frequently for work and leisure. This particular trip was for business. The bath tub in my room was unclean when I arrived. The TV's are outdated and have no place for HDMI cords to use a fire stick or or Apple TV. The ceiling was leaky and poorly patched. Lastly, the hotel knowingly has bed bugs. The solution for this issue is to relocate you to another room within the same hotel. If they're in one room with adjoining doors they're likely in all if the rooms and conference rooms. I will say that the waitress at the hotels restaurant was extremely friendly, attentive, and personable.

This place was a horrible experience and everyone with my large group got sick because of MOLD. You got it MOLDThe conference rooms we were in were going from hot to freezing to humid to cold. Just awful. The feel, smell and visual of all the mold in ceiling was unreal. Guarantee if there is an Air Duct cleaning and inspection of the area surrounding AC & Furnace there will be standing water present and the growth of mold spores. 2nd my bed my room. Dried up BLOOD on the mattress cover.... That is human body matter.. that should have been discarded and NOT washed. The knob for the shower fell right off when I turned it on... howwwwwwwwThe overall cleanliness of the room was fine when I wiped it down with disinfectant wipes. But this is unacceptable for a hotel and caused so much pain for ppl like me and my respiratory system

Very nice, clean hotel. However, I’m sad I can’t recommend staying here. We stayed here because they offered park and ride to the airport 24 hours. So the night of Aug. 11 we went to bed early because we were catching 5 am shuttle Aug. 12. At 10:30 the fire alarm started blaring. I look out in the hall and no one was evacuating. Then I realized the blaring alarm was only in our room. After 3 min the alarm stopped. And at 12:30 it started again. I picked up our room phone to call the front desk and the phone was not working. So in my pajamas I trudged down to the front desk. Two women were working. One of them offered to find the maintenance man in the basement. I went back to our room and the alarm had shut off. After a few minutes an older woman knocked on our door and said they had no one to do maintenance at 12:30 am. Our only solution was to change rooms. At 12:45 we moved all of our stuff up to the sixth floor. The older woman told us we were getting a free upgrade because our new room had a balcony. Now honestly who cares about a balcony when u have to get up at 4:15 to catch a shuttle? I was very disappointed and angry that no apologies were given and no form of compensation was offered. We paid over $200 for this room and I am truly unhappy with how this whole situation was handled. I would tell anyone to skip a stay of any length at the Wyndham.

The rooms seemed to be half-renovated and lacking some modern amenities. Most notable was the low counters and toilet in the bathroom. The staff were mostly unhelpful, when we asked for a towel or two, they made us "trade" for new towels. And refused to deliver them to our room. There are 0 restaurants near this hotel, so if you plan on eating remember it's a 15 minute drive into town to go to dinner or stop by a convenience store.Nearby activities: There isn't much around.Food & drinks: There aren't any nearby restaurants.

This is a hotel I frequent and I have to say overall it is a great hotel. The staff are always friendly, the location is pretty good, and the rooms are always up to a good standard especially for the pricing. I do usually find better deals on google, rather than through their website or calling in. One thing I have to say I like a lot about this place is their hand soap. It’s just really good.

Stayed for a convention. The original room we were given was horrifying. Stained carpet, torn lampshades and curtains, smelled of old attic, and clearly had not been updated since the early 1980s. Considering the pricepoint, we asked to be moved. The staff was helpful and let us change without cost, mentioning those rooms haven't been renovated and are normally not booked (even though they had space elsewhere.) I don't believe they should be booking those at all, big event or not.-Out new room was decent modern hotel, but the TV was the size of a computer monitor with no hdmi hookups. The hallways were not well air conditioned, and the elevators were unreliable and lights filled with dead bugs.-The event space was decent but smelled of mildew in some areas. The bathrooms in the convention center had broken handles on dispensers and were not updated.-The pool grounds are surrounded with dirt and blank walls... maybe it's getting worked on right now?-On location dining had very poor service and there were no other options in walking distance. This venue might be good for an event on a budget, but it doesn't meet the quality standards of other modern venues. The airport proximity is fine, but there isn't anything else of value around.Rooms: Make sure your room is remodeled.Walkability: None.Food & drinks: Decent Bodega, but avoid the restaurant. Service is extremely poor.

Got there a little after 3:30 to check in and at first the nice man helping me check in said "we don't have a room ready for you yet". I explained that I even called the night before, to ensure, I could in fact check in at 3. He got a hold of housekeeping and got me in the room. Everything was clean. It was pretty quiet. The only thing is the toliets need to be replaced, at least in the room I was staying in. (224) Also the sink drain took a long time to actually go down. All in all, I'd stay here again, as well as recommend to others.Nearby activities: A lot to do. Very close and fast drive to Downtown

So I’ll start out with the bad stuff: no one came to turn out our bed or take the used towels and wash rags during our weekend stay. The TV service had no programming grid. When we got there on Friday morning a maintenance lady was mopping the lobby at a time when there was heavy foot traffic. Only one passenger elevator was working from the main lobby. Ice machines on only every other floor (and definitely not on the floor we were on). But the worst was what the maintenance crew did with the lack of air conditioning in the ballrooms, one of which I had an all day video and activity schedule running. In the middle of our show, the maintenance crew came and installed a mobile air conditioning unit that was not only intrusive but also forced me to turn the volume on my sound bar and projector so the audio could be heard over the machine’s droning. No warning, not even the courtesy of coming to me and explaining the what and why, they just did it, disrupting the proceedings. And we had to put up with that for the entire weekend. Now, on the plus side, despite all this, your staff was very courteous and helpful (especially when I misplaced my credit card and they got it back to me as soon as possible), and the crew working the restraint Michilline’s was great. Amazingly, we were waited on by the same hostess for our two dinners and breakfasts that weekend. I asked her if she ever went home, and she was so kind and told me no because she wouldn’t let anybody else wait on us but her. That young woman needs a raise.

Edit to add: 3 stars due to a lot of little things (a/c not working right, pool being unkempt, with lots and lots of dead bugs in it, the back elevator was rough). Staff was professional and courteous.

I'm gonna start off by saying the best thing about this place for my recent stay was the pool and the shower. It was 90+ outside the pool was nice and cold great to beat the heat. Shower amazing, great pressure water temperature great. My room was also great comfy bed ac worked great In my room. The restaurant was also amazing staff and service was great. Food came out fast and tasted wonderful. Now for the bad, I attend Summer showdown 2023 Dart tournament. On arrival once entering the event area noticed the Air-conditioning was not on. With having over possibly 150+ people in this area it became hot. To cool of you would have thought they would have fans, nope none. You would have to go outside find shade to beat the ungodly heat inside the building. They said the ac was broken which can happen but they did not provide fans to help circulate the heat. On top of no heat they made their own workers wear long sleeved shirts which is wrong. They need to do better and I'm probably not the only one that will complain.Rooms: My room was great nothing negative about it.

While a very nice hotel, and rooms were cleaning comfortable, the cafe and the restaurant were outrageously expensive... And not that great of food. I would take a free breakfast of scrambled eggs and good coffee at a Best Western any day! Also, they had one working elevator, and a football camp going on, sometimes you had to wait at least 10 minutes for the elevator to get to you.

Our flight was canceled as soon as we landed in Indianapolis. United was kind enough to offer us hotels as our flight would not leave until the next day. We were given choices, and based on what the ladies at the counter told us, they recommended this one. Unfortunately, we should have checked the reviews ourselves. The hotel does have a shuttle that picks you up from the airport, but after waiting 20 minutes, we took a Lyft to the hotel. The check-in process was quick and the front desk people were nice enough, but the hotel lobby was really dated. As we were walking down the hall to the room, I noticed that the doors were all not the same height and you could see some did not even go up all the way, which was strange. Once I entered my room, it looked very dated. The first thing I did was check the bathroom and it was a shower-bathtub combo. It was not in the greatest condition. The tub was peeling everywhere and the showerhead was caked with water stains. The room has worn furniture and stains on the carpet.I would not stay here again nor would I recommend anyone else stay here if you have a choice.
