I highly recommend Ziebart in castleton. The staff is very knowledgable, courteous, and friendly. I have been a customer for 10 years plus with 5 vehicles and a work van with services from rust proofing ceramic window tint ceramic wax, and multiple cars with paint protection film. They do outstanding work.

Everyone was great. They tinted my windshield in a timely manner. Explained to me how to care for it and the lifetime warranty. They also took the time to explain to me what other products they offered. Thx guys

The staff was courteous. The vehicle was done when promised. The only thing I would suggest is that there were a few seats in their lobby. Since I had to be in the lobby for a while waiting for my ride, they did give me a stool to use.

I paid 200 hundred dollars because apparently they had a sale for interior cleaning. Long story short, not worth for the job they did. Glass was dirty, and still had pets hair and a stain from ice cream on the back my seat that they did not even bother to try. The trunk was not clean either because I guess thats not part of the interior cleaning ?Never going back . People work hard to make money ...if I pay 200 dollars on 250 detail interior cleaning, I should tell the difference in my car.

I have been receiving service from Ziebart since 2014. I think the service is excellent. I am a very satisfied customer. Been coming to Castleton for several years now. Received excellent service from Egypt today. I would refer Ziebart to everyone. Got a remote starter in 2008 on another car I had. I am a loyal customer.

When I went to pick up my car on 8/8/23, there were two staff behind the counter. One staff was assisting a customer. The other staff was not serving anyone and did not acknowledge my presence. Since I was not being waited on, I stepped outside to inspect the work done on my car. I then re-entered the facility behind a female customer and to my surprise she was immediately acknowledged by the same staff person who had ignored my presence before I stepped outside. He asked the lady was she here for her car pick-up and he was so courteous to her. This individual's courtesy to me was none existent. While all of this transpired, the other staff person was still assisting the same customer. A pleasant experience it was not.Service: Window tinting

I did my research and determined that Ziebart offered the best product. What I didn’t expect was the level of customer service.Billy answered the phone the first time I called and he efficiently and graciously walked me through from start to finish.Sean worked on my car and did a fabulous job. Had my windows tinted here. I noticed larger bubbles on the windows right after, but was told they would go away. After a few days I noticed dirt everywhere in the tint and large bubbles were still present. I called and the manager, Rob, told me to come in and he would take a look. I voiced my concerns with the dirt and bubbles and Rob said that there will always be dirt in tint and the bubbles would go away. He brought one of the tint guys to my car to get his opinion and the tinter said it needed to be removed and redone. After some thought I decided to just ask for a removal and refund. Rob said they will not refund due to having labor and product in the car. I said the job should’ve been done properly the first time and I don’t trust them to redo the windows because I don’t want to be in the same situation again. I said they could remove the tint and refund so I didn’t even have their product anymore or I would just dispute it with my credit card company. Rob laughed at me and I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will be going elsewhere and paying for a removal and new tint job.Pictures are 2 weeks post tint and doesn’t even include all the bubbles and dirt.

Long read, unpleasant experience. I scheduled an appointment for an interior detailing for Tuesday, June 6th at Noon. I was quoted that it would cost around $245; my wife and I are expecting a child and I figured this would be the last time it was clean for some time. I dropped off my wife’s 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Monday night and left the keys at the drop off with the proper instructions regarding the appointment. I receive a call Tuesday morning at 7:45am mentioning that they are going to be performing my annual Diamond gloss renewal and that my engine bay is dirty and could use a cleaning. My wife’s vehicle does not have a Diamond gloss package, though my car does. I then try to call back but since they do not open until 8, I’m unable to get through to try and correct this situation. I leave a message and did not get a call back. I decide to call back at 11am and can’t reach the individual that called me. The associate I’m speaking with jokes about phone tag and I state that I don’t specifically need to speak with her, I only need to ensure that they are performing the correct service. He double checks, assures me of the service and all is well. 3pm rolls around and they notify me that the vehicle is done and available for pick up anytime before 5. My wife and I make it there around 3:45, I pay $210, my wife hops in the Jeep and we head home. To me, I would think that a company that does detailing whether it be interior or exterior would go through a final inspection of a vehicle with the customer. I believe that they have done that with me in the past but I could be mistaken. Fast forward to the next day; I’m putting fuel in the Jeep and check the carpets to make sure they’re dry. I pull out the Ziebart paper carpet protector and first notice that the knobs that hold the floor mat appear to be dirty. I used to detail my own vehicle almost every weekend when I was younger and this caught me off guard. I brush it off and open the hatch to grab the floor mats. Not there, but there is a green microfiber detailing rag in the trunk. I look in the back seat for the floor mats, they’re not there either. I call up Ziebart and mention the floor mats. The associate says that he’d heard that they had a “floor mat” still there they had been forgotten. I mention that I need them both. He double checks for me, assures that they are there and then asks where I live. He apologizes for the rag and the misplacement and tells me to swing by before 5:30 to pick them up. I get off work at 5, battling rush hour traffic from Carmel to Castleton in order to grab these mats before they close. This is my first time in the vehicle; I’ve had my Passat interior detailed by them before and the interior of the Jeep did not feel or look like that. Between the seat and the center console was some grime, the door panels had streaks and grime on them. I make it to Ziebart in time, mention that I’m there for my mats, detailing rag in hand. Another associate tells my associate that they’re in the back. She retrieves them, opens the door and says: “Jeep Grand Cherokee?” I say yes. She says: “okay, good because these are the only mats back here.” Now, this to me says that they forgot mats for a vehicle, noticed that they forgot mats for a vehicle, then decide to do nothing about it. Someone knew they had a Grand Cherokee in recently and instead of admitting their fault and calling up Grand Cherokees that had been in recently, they waited until the customer noticed and called. I’m pretty easy going so I let this pass. I trade the detailing rag for the mats and head out to my vehicle to put them in. That’s when I started to notice other things; streaks, smudges, dirt and grime left over. At this point I’ve decided that I’ve paid enough to feel that my vehicle is worthy of their time and I go back in to grab an associate and show her these issues.
