I just had my truck rust-proofed and diamond-glazed. Regine, the manager, inspected my vehicle from end to end, and everything was perfectly detailed. Nice job!!! I can not say this about the other management.

This is an honest shop. They had the opportunity to charge me for something I was asking for but didn’t need, because I was missing information about my vehicle. They made appointments clearly and sooner than I expected, and even accommodated me running early the day of. Very professional and friendly, showed me how to work my new remote starter and I was on my was fast. Definitely recommend and will go back for future needs.

We have just had our annual Rustproofing check at the Ziebart East location. It was superb and professional! Our salesman, Eastwood, was very helpful and got the vehicle thoroughly done as promised. Also, with other services, coworker Whitney advised us on some products and touch up paint, which turned out great! Thank you Ziebart East Washington for a fine experience. We will see you next time. I had 2 vehicles interior cleaned $230 each looks horrible lazy employees don’t go to the east side location the tech they have doing this needs to be fired asap I’m surprised they are still in business this this kind of work lesson learned & money wasted smh

I have been using them since 2023 I have so please with the customer service experience from our salesperson Eastwood. He always goes the extra mile to take of my daughter's car for her being a teenager and messy. I have been disappointed that every year we get the same packages and none of them have been included as a renewal

Typical Eastside Indianapolis! I've been going to this location for 5 years for my annual diamond coat service. Up until now there's been zero complaints. We'll this annual service i had the SD Card stolen out of my dash can. I contacted the lady manager. She is going to do absolutely nothing about it. So my suggestion to anyone taking their vehicle in for anything!
If you value your personal property I'd remove it before dropping your vehicle off.
Yes even a $25 dollar SD CARD!
I must also note there were zero faces that I recognized! New staff New Problems!

I took my pick up truck in for the annual renewal service. The staff was professional and courteous, and I really appreciate them working with me on the time that it took to get the job done. I would recommend this location to anyone needing under body interior or paint protection
