I absolutely love this location. I feel very welcome every time I walk into their store. They are really good at working with their customers. I always get a cheerful greeting when I walk in the door. I have never had an issue with them and I always recommend my friends to go there. ?❤️

Wow people there rude to me all the time when I keep ask change to monthly plan seen I keep telling them I lost every job soi used to get paid 2 weeks now I don't get paid 2 weeks I only get paid monthly why don't people understand it company like this is not good place to buy from them

Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set from Aaron’s. I paid off my set early. My washer has stopped working after a year and a half. I called Aaron’s and was informed they will send out a technician. Technician just left my house advised they will not be fixing the washer or replacing it because it’s no longer under warranty. Why send a technician then? I called the store and spoke with the manager. Manager advised the warranty runs out 60 days after I pay it off. Will no longer be purchasing from Aaron’s.

We have been renting to own a sectional couch and a fancy smart TV from here for about a year. Always pay on time. Weve had a really good experience with this Aarons. This surprised me because rent to own places make me nervous.Today my husband called to pay off our contract for the tv with the intention of starting another agreement for a washer and dryer. My washer is on the fritz and my dryer has been down for months. There's 6 of us here at home so having a washer and dryer is a MUST.Anyway my husband paid for the tv but then was told we only had one option for a washer and dryer agreement and it was 40+ dollars more expensive than our previous agreement with the tv.I had one picked out online that would fit our budget. But was told they couldn't order that set for us. Even though it was listed as available on their website at that location...and they had previously ordered the couch we are currently renting from them with no problem.If I had known they couldn't get the set that was in our budget we wouldn't have paid the tv contract to open a new agreement.So needless to say we will be finishing our rental agreement on the couch and taking our business elsewhere. We've been excellent renters. So I expected excellent customer service. Oh well.

Our deep freeze was going out and we wanted a small chest....no one had one so we took a shot and Aaron's had 3 in stock. The people were extra friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about them. We were able to get one the same day.
