We spent 5 hours at Fantastic Sam’s today. My daughter (who is naturally almost blonde) wanted highlights. I should have trusted my gut from the get go as I didn’t think Stef seemed very confident. She didn’t speak to me the entire time and worked extremely slow. I started asking questions after my daughter had had bleach on her hair for over 2 hours and she wasn’t even halfway done with her foils!! Some of the foils were on for 2.5 hours before being rinsed and the top foils were on for 30 minutes. One of the other stylists came up and asked what volume she was using and she said Volume 10. That other stylist looked at her like she was shocked. They then proceeded to tell me that my daughters hair didn’t want to lift. Then 3 hours into foiling, another stylist came up and asked if she needed more bleach. She said yes she would and she asked what volume she was using and this time she said “volume 20”. So I’m pretty sure that she switched halfway in. Her hair is orange now!! Now I have a 12 year old girl in tears who’s missing school tomorrow to get her hair fixed.

The worst haircut I have ever had. It looks like she gave me a dumb and dumber bowl cut. Will not be going back to this place.

Tressa Masterson is the best! She is the only person that I trust to color my hair. Tressa is a sweet young lady who communicates with her clients to make sure they get exactly what they want. Tressa has gone above and beyond for me and my spontaneous color ideas. Tressa will even do suggestions, which I need and usually end up getting. I have sat in Brandee's chair for a very long time. She has done some amazing things including the current process of helping me embrace my gray. However, one of the most recent things I have to brag on Brandee for is also understanding the younger population as well as the older. Did you know perming the tops of boys hair was the "in" thing? ? "Fantastic" job, Brandee ? This Nana loved it, and his smile was priceless!Services: Kids' cuts
