Terrible...first of all, I can't send zelle until 11 days...after that time, not only can I not send it yet, but it doesn't let me receive it either. It's incredible, I'm really very angry because I just lost 40 dollars because of it. of those errors or absurd adjustments of your application

Absolutely horrible service. Have an insurance check that is made to us and the bank for hail damage. Have now spent half the day sitting and waiting to see if they will approve the endorsement of the check so we can pay the contracts who have already put the roof on. They are afraid to even pick the phone up and call someone just sending emails after email to some other person else where. Will never ever recommend this bank to anyone and will be looking to move my mortgage loan else where.

They do not answer the phone and treat their clients without caring about making them go 3 times for a simple question that they can easily solve. I have actually used this bank for 10 years and the decline is noticeable.

Never answer any of the phonecalls coming into this bank. Everytime ive called it rings until it goes to a voicemail and i end up having to call the Tell City location to get any help.

If we could give a 0 stars we would. We will NOT ever bank there again. My husband had 2 Roth ira there thru work and they were in 2006. He went in to pull the money and the gentleman that handles investments said he could not find a record of his account. Note my husband did have the account number and paper work all. They are saying that someone must have withdrew the money so he asked do you have a signature on file and date because my husband did not ever withdraw it.The gentleman said no they do not keep files past 10 years. But that maybe it was internally like 1 of our kids. Please know our oldest was 9 years old at the time. When husband told him that the gentleman proceeded to say go to your work place and see if they have anything on file of the last time they r he put anything in the account.We will never bank there again.

I had my account with the option of turning negative off if I didn’t have enough money and they allowed the payment without funds twice one of them a crazy amount of -$2000 and I had to use my savings to reverse that since then I left that bank; That never happened to me in Chase Bank.

Very good bank and atm. The atm outside is very nice and unique. You can pick what bills to receive and in what combinations. Very clean and respectful business. I highly recommend especially with the atm.

Great people!!!! My husband and I are OTR truck drivers. Our cat got out some how while we were parked there over night. When we had to leave went and told them about our cat. 124 miles down the road the bank calls they have our cat. We turn around, go back and get him and they have him in their lounge with a sign on the door not to let cat out. We are all back together now thanks to these great people.Thank You Tim and Annette Bennett

I can not recommend Fifth Third enough. The Genie ATM is a God sent. I work such odd hours and being able to just pull up to the ATM next to my work and deposit any cash or checks I may have is so helpful. Everyone at the bank is always so friendly and helpful. If I’ve got questions they’re always there to make sure I understand fully and that all of my questions are answered. So thanks to everyone at the Jasper branch for making banking easy. Y’all rock!
