Do NOT bother ordering anything from Home Depot online and expect it to make it to the store undamaged. We spent hundreds of dollars for floor tile and a vanity just to have them show up damaged over and over again. First, multiple boxes of tile were rejected by the store and reordered. In the meantime we went to pick up the remaining boxes and upon pick up realized the accepted boxes were also broken to pieces so they were reordered. Then our vanity was delivered, rejected by the store, and reordered. Weeks later we finally got confirmation that ALL of our order had arrived and was accepted. My husband just went to pick them up and ALL of the tile is shattered and the vanity top has a crack all the way across. Absolutely ridiculous and a HUGE waste of our time and money.

I live out of state, but buy appliances and building supplies for a relative in Jasper. Home Depot has been wonderful about delivery and installment. My last purchase was a refrigerator & Don took care of everything for me.

Apparently you can't go to the Home Depot #2025 in Jasper Indiana 4250 Newton Street Jasper, IN 47546 (812)482-3533 and get help buying in stock cabinets without an appointment.I showed up at 9:30 AM and went back to get help with my cabinets that I wanted to purchase and there were two employees sitting there, the woman asked if I needed help and I replied yes. I told her I wanted cabinets and she asked if I had an appointment. No I did not I said. Told her that I had measurements for my kitchen and wanted cabinets. She wanted to know where my wife was because apparently I can't order cabinets without her.Then said I had to make an appointment to get help with cabinets. (REALLY) She said that they was busy and could give me an estimate this afternoon.They can sit there and chit chat but can not help a customer in a store that I don,t think you need a appointment to walk in and shop. All I wanted was to spend at least $3000 in the store for cabinets and countertops. I might not be spending much but I would think customers come before just two employees sitting there chatting. GOOD DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am all the way in Florida and I have family living in Jasper, I had to call the store because I needed to pay something for my family for them to pick up, and JEREMY gave me an excellent customer service, I work in retail and sometimes is hard to find nice people for the job, he went above and beyond

Went today to order a dishwasher. There were three employees at a desk talking but they had to call someone to come and help me. Why couldn’t one of them help me? Stood around for 15 minutes waiting on someone to show up as multiple employees walked by. Got tired of waiting so from now on I’ll drive 45 minutes out of my way and go to Evansville.

i have done two major projects through Home Depot. both were expensive disasters. fence job resulted in incompetent technician and then actions by Home Depot where HD took $6k+ more out of my account after a check was sent in. then a refrigerator that stopped working which took a week to fix. resulting in losing all our perishable food.

i thought it was great how they were limiting people to 75 total to be in the store, safetly is always first & some people just don't get it, sad when the business has to take action when people don't listen, anyway kudos to you!
