I went to use the restroom here and it stunk like Marijuana I don't have a problem with Marijuana but do not do it in a public restroom where it will linger that is rude and nasty management should be ashamed of letting this go on and it was a employee of the deli area because I watched them walk back to work after they left the restroom

Went in today to get some stuff from the deli. When I was in the parking lot walking in I saw a blonde headed woman standing outside smoking with a deli apron on. Before I could go to the deli counter saw her walk in and went straight to the counter and started waiting on a customer. Still had her apron on that she was outside smoking on and never went and washed her hands. After witnessing this I decide not to buy anything from the deli and never will if she is working.

IGA has great buys! Have Fresh Pet dog food which is very good. Floral department is exceptional as it has a variety of products.

Stopped in to buy bacon and a few other things. I asked the butcher on duty about the smoked bacon. It was in a, what appeared to be a five pound package. I asked if they had smaller packages. He proceeded to show me processed packaged bacon. I stated that I wasn't interested in that type of bacon. I explained again. He said he would make me a smaller package. He brought me a one pound package of the processed bacon that was already in the case where I started. ( in the manufacturer packaging) He was rude and acted like he didn't want to help me. I will not buy meat in this establishment again. The young lady by the self check outs, was really sweet and helped me with a couple of things. She was great!

I give this place 2 stars souley because of Maddy! She is a very sweet woman. I had fallen short money for my groceries after coming here for work with no money. The woman’s t self checkout woman immediately put hers mad when the system messed up and won’t let her void my item that was over my budget. She straight up tells me her day was ruined but I made it worse. I respect the truth to my face though. It was rude though. She sends me to a woman with giant round glasses to help me. Almost as rude. She’s slapping her card on the machine scanner and rolling her eyes at me. Long story short, Maddy paid my $10 and helped me. I had nothing, staying in my car and just needed some meals. She blessed me. I walked out of the store embarrassed and beyond thankful for her help. 3 weeks later I am here to repay her. As I walk in, the same woman that told me I ruined her day tells me “I’m not going to help you, talk to someone else” when I ask if Maddy was around. That “someone else” was the girl with glasses. She immediately looks me up and down and rolls her eyes and proceeds to ignore me. I ask her if everything is okay, and she turns her back to me and starts whispering and laughing at me to an older woman. The older woman was very kind as well. These two woman are a disgrace to the store and Maddy is truly such an amazing beautiful person with a great heart and soul. If you ever see this one day Maddy, I hope we meet again one day and I appreciate you so much. You’re a blessing from God and such an amazing person. If we never see each other again, then I wish you nothing but the best in life and being such a beautiful person will take you far in life. I think we are around the same age but that attitude and kindness will take you many places in life. Thank you for everything Maddy. -Uzziah Abeyta :) take care and keep being amazing. You have a lot of potential and great things to achieve in this life. I will never forget you as I was asking god to help me in that moment in the store. I was embarrassed and almost in tears when you helped me. I am beyond thankful to have crossed paths with you. God puts people in our lives for a reason. Thank you Maddy!! 🩵

Prices are extremely inflated and the employees were extremely rude. Will not be back since there are 4 other options for groceries in town.
Update 4/3: I have been back since my poor experience and have been satisfied with the customer service. It’s hard to beat the convenience since IGA is so close to our house. Will be back to shop again.
