Based on the reviews, Nu-Yale Cleaners offers a convenient service with free pickup and drop-off. Customers find the turn in and pick up process easy and seamless. The speed of service is excellent and fast. The cleaning is pretty darn good, but not perfect, with a few little hairs here and there left behind on clothes. However, the business will keep cleaning it until they get it right if asked. Prices are decent and less than anticipated for some, but others find the prices very steep and suggest posting prices in the lobby. One customer had a surprise at cost and did not like not being able to talk to a counter person. Another first-time user appreciated the convenience but noted the attendant could have been friendly. Overall, the service is great, and Nu-Yale will have that customer's business going forward.

The representative is always friendly and extremely efficient and helpful.
The quality of dry cleaning, laundry and alterations are always on time and of good quality. Peace of mind for sure.
