Poor attitude! 2 employees bossing each other around. Little ridiculous. If I hadn’t paid- would have walked. Only 2 stars because the fry’s.

Food was great like most Penn Stations. However the service was subpar and slightly rude.

I love the philly cheesesteak, and I love the brown Mustard on it when it is applied sparinly but unfortunately the one I had delivered today was smothered in the Mustard which made it totally inedible which was a huge disappointment.. tried to scrap some off but just didn't work... next time I will have it left off...

Update: we ate here again and they got our order correct this time. It was really good and they made the food very quickly. We ordered two sandwiches and both of them were wrong. I'm pretty sure the one sandwich we received was for the lady in front of us because nothing on it was correct besides the bread. We told them it was wrong so they started to make our order over. We decided we wanted an order of fries and a drink and the worker gave us two drinks and a large fry for free because of the mishap. All in all, the sandwiches were really good once corrected, and the fries were absolutely amazing.

I ordered two sandwiches pay cash and only received one sandwich. I pay in cash. I do not have the opportunity for them to credit back my credit card. I paid $27 for one sandwich I don’t think so I will never go back to this location.

Sandwiches and fries are great! Service was friendly, but slow and staffing was minimal. The store also could have been a little cleaner, but it's hard to keep up when you're understaffed.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu. My kids got the pizza sandwich, but was way too much food.

I ordered a Reuben sandwich. They have no rye bread! Ok, I chose the multi grain bread. My large sandwich had no meat within 2 inches of either end of the sandwich. You have some work to do! The sandwich was hot and tasted good but it was NOT a Reuben.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Penn Station East Coast Subs and indulged in their Founder's Special with grilled onions. Let me tell you, it was a mouthwatering experience that left me craving more. The sandwich bore a striking resemblance to a classic Philly cheesesteak, and the flavors did not disappoint. The combination of tender, thinly sliced beef, perfectly grilled onions, and a generous helping of melted cheese made for a truly delightful sandwich. My wife opted for the Chicken Parmesan sub, and according to her, it was one of the best she's ever had. The chicken was tender and moist, coated with a flavorful blend of breadcrumbs and spices, and topped with a rich marinara sauce and melted cheese. The harmony of flavors in this sandwich was outstanding, and my wife couldn't stop raving about it. If you're a fan of chicken Parmesan, this is a must-try at Penn Station East Coast Subs. Now, let's talk about the fries. As a fan of freshly cut fries, I was pleased to discover that Penn Station takes the same approach as Five Guys by making their fries fresh in-store. And let me tell you, these were some of the best fries I've had in a long time. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of salt. Each bite offered a satisfying crunch, and I couldn't resist reaching for more. The attention to detail in preparing these fries really shone through, and they complemented the sandwiches wonderfully.Overall, my experience at Penn Station East Coast Subs was nothing short of fantastic. The Founder's Special with grilled onions provided a delightful twist on a classic Philly cheesesteak, and the Chicken Parmesan sub impressed my wife with its exceptional flavors. The freshly cut fries were the cherry on top, elevating the meal to a whole new level. If you're in the mood for delicious subs and top-notch fries, I highly recommend giving Penn Station East Coast Subs a try. You won't be disappointed!

They gave me the wrong bread. I waited 30 minutes whenThere was only 1 person ahead of me so this was uncalled for. They also gave me no pizza sauce as I had requested.
