Check out with the payment for the service was extremely efficient. I had Lincoln pay points and a mailer discount on the tires that applied.

When a phone conversation happens while you have a car for a recall. You need to tell the customer there will be a charge to check on an issue. I asked for a quote a week ago and I never got it. So when you had it for the recall you asked if you could investigate. That should not cost me money.

Easy to schedule service, but they are very tightly scheduled. If they find a minor issue, it has to be rescheduled. I had defective lug nuts that had to be rescheduled and were not covered by the bumper to bumper warranty, and that my Lincoln depreciated by $22k in less than 2 years, neither of which was any fault of the dealership.
