“Unit was clean. Rental process was easy. I am glad they make us use the kind of locks that can’t be cut off. We rent every year, but not for the full 12 months. So, when we rent in the fall again, there will be a new lock in the unit. We already have one, so I will have to return to Ferdinand office. I wish there was a place at the site or in Jasper to take the new lock we don’t need.”

“access storage at St. Charles in Jasper is the cleanest, nicest storage unit, We've ever rented.
Staff is courteous and helpful. We relocated on a holiday and they gave me an extra gate code just in case. Clean, A/C always works. Parking is great and doors are wide. The roll ups stick to floor at times making it difficult to open, but im sure thats from cleaning. NO BUGS found in my 2 months! make sure of your loaded egress, drive around and look the best in and out path, drainage grades may get low to the ground trailers. Minor item, It's a 5 start storage rental.”
