There was a little miscommunication with some of the smaller Tuxedos, but everyone kept even headed about it and worked great! The groomsmen, fathers and ushers little guys all looked very nice.I appreciate Sieberts not making the return process a bother eithier. While I'm sure they'd of appreciated everything being nicely put in the bags like they came, groomsmen are drunk pigs. Lol.

Almost ruined my sisters wedding. Missing have the groomsmen items. Blamed us for not having them. Didn't have them at the store. People had to go buy shirts that were missing. They refused to let us look at their order sheet for us but said we were wrong on everything. We ended up paying for all the tuxedos even though we were only buying one. They took advantage of my brother in law and his mother and would not even acknowledge our issues or complaints only saying we were wrong while showing no proof. Will no longer be coming back since they seem to not care about screwing people over.After their reply I would like to say I was standing right next to my brother in law when he told you guys multiple times that they were rentals only. Only 1 suit was to be bought. I shook your hand too because we were told everything was fixed.

My mother recently lost her husband of 53+ years, and our family needed to purchase a new suit for my father's funeral. When we entered Siebert's, Jim went above and beyond to give us service. He patiently listened to my mother and shared his own experiences with grief and the death of a loved one. Jim helped my mother pick out the 'perfect' suit coat, shirt and pants, and even went so far as to iron the shirt so that we could take it directly to the funeral home.I thank Jim and his family for truly taking the time to sincerely engage with our family during our time of crisis, as human beings, and not just a source of possible income. I hope our community can continue to support Siebert's for another 100 years, as service such as provided by their staff becomes harder to find.

Went in with my son to get his first real suit. Everyone was very friendly, got him fitted with room to grow if needed. Fast friendly local service!!!

I went there looking for a v neck sweater cutter and buck for my son in a navy blue well i had to go with a different brand Larry ask if i wanted it wrapped so while he’s wrapping it my son and i was texting he mentioned a black sweater so I was ready to pay mentioned it to Larry about a black cutter and buck sweater he told me he had a black one and i didn’t want him to have to wrap another shirt since he had the other sweater wrapped but he was so very kind and nice he didn’t care that i changed my mind he was more concerned in helping me with my purchased what a wonderful experience it was you don’t get that kindness often especially at christmas time ! Just happened to be having a 20% off sale soo that made the purchase even better. I’m going back next week to get another sweater!!Thank You Larry for your kindness and help and the time you took to help me!!

Had to get my son fitted for his sisters wedding. Hes autistic and was his first grown up suit. They were awesome.made him feel special. And we have bought from them over many years. Never a bad service or product. Best nens shopping placevto be here

I was in need of an outfit for my daughter's wedding. Rachel has exquisite taste and put together a beautiful shirt and wide pant combo that looked amazing. I found several pants, tops and a nice dress that completed my 'better-dressed look' for the summer. If you need advise on what looks good on you, Rachel has the knack to pick what flatters a figure and knows the colors that work!! I plan to make Siebert's my No. 1 stop for new clothing!!
