I book an appointment last minute to get black box dye out of my hair, and my lovely hairstylist Joscelyn was really understanding, and got it out within no time! She corrected my hair color, and got it as close to my natural hair color as she could. She did an amazing job! I love it! The ladies that work there are very nice! I would definitely recommend it’s a really good atmosphere there!

Thought it would be nice to have my sister get her hair done as a gift. She hadn’t had her hair done since 2013. She walked out with color in her ears, on her neck, lining her forehead and face, and her shirt completely stained. On top of that, she asked for layered NATURAL color balayage, and they made her roots black with bright red ends. This was far from natural. Her hair was down to her butt and she cut it all the way to her shoulder blades and straight across with no layering. Really disappointed in the experience and they charged an outrageous price without calling me back to apologize or know of the cost ahead of time. Would not recommend going here. Waste of $222 especially for someone who doesn’t apologize and offer to fix it!

My wife and daughter had the distinct displeasure of dealing with this place this weekend for my sister in laws wedding. My 9 year old daughter was turned away for lice after barely touching her hair. I personally went through her hair and then took her to another hair professional who also found nothing. The level of disregard when handling a 9 year old little girl was deplorable. Even if the lice were true you could have some grace and help her navigate the situation rather than just be cold and condescending. Hopefully it was just because they double booked wedding parties and were stressed. But I’m not sure.

I drove over an hour to come to my appointment and my stylist contacted me 25 minutes before my appointment to say that she was sick. I was already in the parking lot of the salon.

Kimana did an amazing job on my hair. It was long, thick, curly and dull. Its now vibrantantly full of color and life.She took her time and got all the details before doing anything. Amazing atmosphere and great people.

Update: This was my 4th visit and I finally decided to hack off about a foot off and get a bob cut. It took me forever to get the courage to actually get it done. Jocelyn did a perfect job and it feels so much better!
They're prices are pretty reasonable, that I've seen. You definitely get what you pay for here.
