I recently took my van to Sternberg Chrysler Center and was left thoroughly disappointed. Despite a significant amount of labor and time spent on my vehicle, they were unable to fix the issue at hand.
The staff was friendly enough, but that doesn't make up for the fact that my van's problem remained unresolved. After all the effort and expense, I drove away with nothing to show for it. I expected better service and expertise from a dealership of their reputation. Unfortunately, my experience fell short, and I can't recommend them based on this encounter.

We bought a car here a few months ago, and have had zero complaints. Our salesman, Phil, was genuine and helpful. (We named our car after him.) Jacob was fun to talk to, and he made the entire car buying experience better ten-fold. Our car is working perfectly and it's exactly what we needed.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service like this. The amount of disrespect they have towards you is incredible. I was told 3 different stories from 3 different people and none of them were the truth. They are very very bad at communicating. From the attempted phone calls that went to voicemail to the countless voicemails clearly (and politely)leaving my name, phone number, and reason of call. Not one call back. I had to call to even get THE QUOTE on my car. I had to call to have them tell me what was wrong with it. I specifically asked them DO NOT TOUCH THE STARTER. What happened? My brand new starter was taken off and cored. 3 different phone calls and an in person visit did I tell them to leave it alone. I’d take my advice and try to DIY it at home. Whatever problem you are having…..YouTube has the answers. Please do not waste your money on sternberg. You will spend less money doing it yourself. $2000 and 4 weeks later, I’d wish someone had put that advice on here to. Hopefully I have someone some restless nights and stress over money.

Great people, easy to deal with. Doc fees were 68.00. Not 600 like some places out there. People at Ubelhor Chevy let us walk away and I wrote a paid in full check for a vehicle same day. Pretty woman comes to mind, Big mistake, huge. Their loss.
