Dear Walgreens employee, (Gail or Gayle), I write this review today as a fellow retail manager of 30 plus years, with the hope this review finds its way to the right leadership. One that will provide you retraining to better understand what exemplary customer service stands for. Today, 3/15/2023 around 4:40-5:00 p.m. While patronizing your Jasper, Indiana Walgreens location I had the disturbingly unfortunate opportunity to witness a Walgreens employee conduct themselves in the most obvious and blatant unprofessional manner while “assisting” a guest who was inquiring about services offered within the store. There appeared to be some confusion about a service that had been previously honored in the store that was now being refused this visit. Which, to be frank, I would question the discrepant protocol too and who wouldn’t? While the consumer maintained herself and upheld a professional demeanor throughout the discussion, this employee felt the need to swing her customer service badge and continued to argue with the woman. At least twice I overheard the guest inform said employee that she did not desire to request a manager or make a major deal out of the situation as she accepted what the employee told her. The guest proceeded to walk towards the entrance in an attempt to leave the store. Meanwhile your Walgreens employee continued to make rude commentary and hand gestures towards the guest while her back was turned. The employee was loud enough for me to hear whilst shopping. Despite the guest attempting to leave the store, the employee proceeded to yell for her manager about a rude customer who was currently arguing with her. Of course the guest overheard the employee and seemed a bit upset and embarrassed about this decision and went back to the employee and the manager who was now present to explain what happened. I manage a local competing retail store and in my many years of retail I have never witnessed a guest maintain composure and the ability to keep calm after a manager has been involved. At that point the consumer is quite boiling. The guest even apologized to the manager for the employee exacerbating the situation and calling her away from her meeting even after being directed not to do so. If this woman was a patron in my store, I would be irate at my employee for the unprofessional and childish manner that was displayed today. Quite frankly, I’ve had consumers become more enraged over something as simple as toothpaste. Your employee entirely mishandled this Walgreens guest. I was in such disbelief that I walked out without any purchases. But not before gleaning the name of the employee form her name tag.

Literally the absolute most rude worker & manager I've ever encountered. I was trying to use my RR & WC & specifically asked her to please ring my items up on separate transactions (I already have anxiety the way it is & "couponing" makes it even worse) the lady rang everything up all at once & yelled at me to put my card in. Most of my stuff was supposed to be paid for with the codes & stuff I had & she was so mean & made me panic to where I spent over $100. Just overall bad.

Unfortunately, the pharmacist was extremely rude and very unfriendly. She acted as if I was an inconvenience to her when I went to my scheduled appointment for my Covid booster. If you need scripts filled or vaccines, I strongly recommend choosing a different pharmacy.

They state they are walk-in for vaccines.... they are not. They leave customers in line for near 30 min while basically having a full doctor's appointment with people asking about glucose issues (go to an actual doctor people). I have not been impressed with this pharmacy at all.

My company has a partnership to get free walk in flu shots. My wife went in to get one, the tech told her to hold on a moment while they asked the pharmacist if they had time, to which the pharmacist replied "Nope" and that was the end of it. Wife drove thirty minutes to get there because it's the only walgreens nearby so that we can save money and try to protect ourselves from the flu, but I guess that's not happening at this walgreens.

I have been a long time patient and customer of Walgreens pharmacy in Jasper Indiana every month I visited their pharmacy to get my Ritalin filled well I talked to them on the phone yesterday late morning after my doctor's appointment and they said they did not have enough tablets to fill my full prescription and she would put the order in there would have them today no problem for sure thing. Well today I call and they say they did not order them and now it's going to be a few days WTH, not only that but the pharmacy staff is always so rude they drive me and my wife absolutely bonkers so we have to switch our business between Walgreens and CVS and they're both terrible terrible places and they need to learn a little respect and patience in dealing with the public they act like that we work for them and we'd better behave I am sick and tired of it
