They're usually great in person, but it is impossible to get ahold of them by phone

I have lupus and there is one very important medication I take called plaquenil that is very important I don’t miss. I am unable to take the generic version because it causes such stomach upset it interferes with my daily life. Therefore, my doctor got a prior authorization from my insurance company for me to be able to get the brand name. Walmart’s pharmacist kept telling me it wouldn’t go through, and so I called the insurance company myself. They told me to have Walmart pharmacy call them so they could help them get it to go through. They never called so now it’s a holiday weekend and I have to wait four days in pain and unable to enjoy my holiday because the pharmacist couldn’t take 15 minutes to call the insurance company to resolve this. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They do not care about the well being that f their customers at all. I will be having all my medications moved to a smaller family owned pharmacy that actually cares about the well being of their customers. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Rude, overcharged me time after time, and said I picked up 90 pills when I did not! The day they say I picked up a refill of 90 pills, I was not even in the state and nobody else picked them up either! I plan to file a police report because they just acted as if I was wrong when if they had listened instead of being rude, they would have realized I was telling the truth! I was st the doctor getting the prescription they said I filled on the day the doctor handed it to me! I am so fed up with this pharmacy and their rudeness and lack of professionalism!

This location filled a prescription for my child's antibiotics without mixing the powder with liquid. When I got home to give a dose to my child, I discovered that I had received sealed bottles of powder. These type of antibiotics must be reconstituted by the pharmacist BEFORE dispensing. I had to go to a different (closer) Walmart to get this mixed before I was able to give my child the medicine she needed. When I spoke with the dispensing pharmacy, I felt the pharmacist offered unprofessional excuses, which was poor customer service, and I will not be using this Walmart Pharmacy again.
