Update: I put a review on BBB to warn comumers!Awful. Over $300 nsf fees since opening (less than 2 months ago) plus $30 fees for 2 debt cards for a joint account. This bank is nothing but fee happy! And even though we should never have had the first $32 nsf fee, we apparently reached a limit on the amount we could have "returned." AND IF YOURE NOT HAPPY WITH ALL THEIR MISTAKES AND POOR SERVICE AND YOU CHOSE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT DUE TO THE INSANITY OF OVER $320 OF WRONGFUL FEES, THEYLL KEEP YOUR LAST $25 FOR CLOSING BEFORE 160 DAYS. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK. WE WERE ON THE PHONE FOR 45 MIN TO AN HOUR DAILY ALL WEEK TRYING TO GET WOOD FORSET TO LITERALLY STOP ROBBING US!! This bank account cost us nearly $350 and hours of stress and arguments with customer service and waiting on them to transfer us repeatedly from one apperceive agent to another. Turns out it was PayPal fault for some glitch that kept charging us something we already paid for. We got a letter from PayPal telling Eood forest to clear all our charges but still are owed $100 from Wood forest

$500 a day withdrawal limits, in the last month I've been denied withdrawals 3 times due to no cash at the bank! Yes you read that right. Absolute joke of a bank.

24 June, 2020Dear friends,I have had the finest experiences and most professional service at your Jasper, Indiana branch, during the most difficult time of my life.My prior banking experience was the passbook savings account of the 1970s, and after the death of my wife of 42 years on June 7, who did all of our banking, I have relied heavily on your Jasper staff, they have been calming, instructional, and very helpful. They have answered my questions and simply erased any confusion I was experiencing.Three separate trips and three separate individuals, to which I am very grateful. Thanks for hiring such good people.Very appreciatively yours,Frank DuCett

If you're going to change your business hours from those that are posted online you should inform everyone of the change so they dont drive 30 - 40 min to a location just to be turned away for services.

The closed my account randomly for no reason. I have deposits coming through and bills to pay. I wasn't even notified of my account closing. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with.
