I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time to get alignment on wife's van. A gentleman directed me to the waiting area which is very quiet 9and comfortable, including a recliner. My appointment began 20 minutes after scheduled time. No worries. I think they were putting out a fire. I kid you not, this waiting area was so comfortable I dozed off for a while. When I woke up, the van was outside the open bay door. I waited for someone to tell me it was ready. I was off work that day and in no hurry to do anything in particular. The man in charge, who I thought owned the place (I was wrong), told me the vehicle was ready. I walked to his office to pay and asked if they had a Military discount which I was told no. However, my invoice came out to be 10% less than I was quoted over the phone. That made my day and now I feel like bringing all my autos to Alignrite.

They do real alignments. It's the only place I know of that doesn't only do toe, including the dealerships.It's been a few years since I went, and I'm about to make an appointment, I'll update if anything is different now.*UPDATEGot alignment and tire balance done, left with vibration at highway speed, and steering wheel isn't centered. I took it back to address the vibration, which took half to vibration away. It took almost 5 hours to get to this point.My brand new custom-made floor mat is covered in grease. They are 3 days old.

Not a good place to take a vehicle. Way too high for labor. Charges $140.00 per hour. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
