Any time I stop in, I receive very friendly and helpful customer service. However, this location should have Atleast 2 representatives at all times. Every time that I’ve came, there’s been just one person, and to give us each quality service, it’s not fair that they have to keep people waiting due to a lack of help.

We have not purchased any plan or phones directly at an AT&T store in years. It has just been easier and more pleasant to let Best Buy take care of our phone needs. On a whim we decided to just check out this new store which was closer to home, and I’m glad we did. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Alec B. At the Jeffersonville, Indiana store! He was very thorough and efficient and took time to make sure our new plan and phones met our needs. He offered excellent advice and found phones and plans which were what we needed and was conscientious about affordability. He did not try to oversell. He was personable and professional - what a great representative for the business! I’d highly recommend stopping in and asking for Alec!!!

Do NOT buy the Internet here. At the most, they give you a 50 mbps plan for $60! That's a scam! The wifi also has a lot of delay and ping. 50 ping at least which is terrible. The speed per dollar is also terrible. You will have better deals at Spectrum or any other place.

Amazing service from Alec!!! Had us in and out even though we were buying 3 new phones and adding plans to each. Very knowledgeable and very charismatic. Definitely recommend this store!!

I went to the store looking for a new device for my husband and to add a line for him because he had an AT&T prepaid iPhone 6 that was on its last leg. I was also interested in upgrading my own device. The sales rep was so helpful. He was the same rep who assisted me on my last visit when I added a line for my son and got him a new device last July. The service was impeccable. He recommended the perfect device for me. Did not try to sell me something I do not need. He informed me of all the great promotions going on. He offered assistance with transferring my information. It was an all around fantastic experience. And I will be returning soon to upgrade again on one of my lines in July.

Recently, I visited the AT&T store on East 10th Street in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The purpose of the visit was to upgrade my wife’s cell phone and replace mine which had been stolen. The Sales/Tech representative that assisted us was Alec. Alec was friendly, professional, and well versed in the various products we were interested with. Unfortunately, in today’s world it is seldom to encounter Sales/Tech personnel who are product knowledgeable and actually care about providing a customer with the product that best fits their needs. It was a pleasure to work with Alec and he is a credit to his employer.
