“They have always been upfront and honest and if there is an issue with something they do, they will make it right. They do their best to give you an estimate on pricing such as oil changes , spark plugs and simple automotive work. If they can't estimate it they will let you know that upfront.”

“I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time to get alignment on wife's van. A gentleman directed me to the waiting area which is very quiet 9and comfortable, including a recliner. My appointment began 20 minutes after scheduled time. No worries. I think they were putting out a fire. I kid you not, this waiting area was so comfortable I dozed off for a while. When I woke up, the van was outside the open bay door. I waited for someone to tell me it was ready. I was off work that day and in no hurry to do anything in particular. The man in charge, who I thought owned the place (I was wrong), told me the vehicle was ready. I walked to his office to pay and asked if they had a Military discount which I was told no. However, my invoice came out to be 10% less than I was quoted over the phone. That made my day and now I feel like bringing all my autos to Alignrite.”

“After putting off replacing a noisy rear wheel bearing, I began to notice it getting louder and both rears were getting loud. I stopped and talked to Tim on a Wednesday morning and he quoted me a fair price to do both and said he could do the job Thursday, so I dropped my vehicle off Wednesday evening and I got a call at 10:30 am Thursday to say the job was done, and at the price I was quoted. After having owned my own shop about 20 years ago, I was able to get a sense of his knowledge and honesty and I would highly recommend them.”
