My truck was at another dealership for about a month, looking at very high cost repair. I decided to bring my truck to Bachman for a second opinion, and they had my truck repaired for less than a week at a fraction of the cost because they were able to actually diagnose the true issue rather than trying to get me to buy unnecessary repairs. I will not be taking my truck to any other dealerships moving forward.

I visited the Bachman dealership in May 2023 with the intention of looking around at the new Hyundai vehicles on hand, and after test-driving a couple of SUV's, I was completely sold on the Santa Fe Limited! So many luxurious upgrades that made me feel safe and protected while driving in a vehicle that looks as good as it feels! This is my 3rd Hyundai purchase, owning Sonatas in the past but this 2023 Santa Fe has everything I love including Panoramic Windows with all of the bells and whistles! Special Thanks to Korey Gould for his patience and assistance in the smooth transition and setting up my new beautiful car!!

Me and my husband worked with Steven Clubb! Amazing salesman. He did not pressure us, walked us through everything and made the process of buying our vehicle so much better. Definitely recommend anyone going to work with him.

I got a mailer for an oil change for $60 with a free tire rotation. My husband dropped my vehicle off for me but forgot the coupon. He was told the ad was only for the oil change and the tire rotation would be an additional $20 so he had someone give him a ride home to get the coupon. When he went to pick up the vehicle they had not done the rotation because they said they couldn't get the lug knuts off but that they had called and talked to me. No one ever called me. In fact, I called that evening and left a message about the experience asking for a return call and no one ever did. As far as I can tell the oil change is just fine but the customer service is definitely lacking.

This was my first time at Bachman and I am very happy with my visit. I worked through Vick and he asked questions and answered my questions. I have to go back for the repair once the part is in, but the service and kindness I received today was outstanding. The shuttle service made things so easy. The driver was very kind, courteous and a safe driver. Very happy?

I took my car in for repair and was told that it would be ready by the end of the day. If not they would call to let me know. They never called and all my attempts failed because no one answered the phone. I tried calling them the next day but still got voicemail. I called the service manager’s number and had to leave voicemail. Finally got my car that afternoon supposedly fixed. However 2 days later the check engine light came back on. I tried today calling them but they still don’t answer. I emailed the service manager but no response. So $600 spent there I’m in the same boat. Going to have to find someone else since they don’t believe in good customer service.

I arrived here for service this morning to be told I did not have an appointment when I had just scheduled it the day before with Angie. Angie, who scheduled the appointment was rude and gave attitude for no reason. I'm told she works in their call center in Louisville on Bluegrass Pkwy. Thank God Alejandro allowed my car to be serviced still. He was nice and accommodating. Service prices are too high. They should not charge such a high diagnostic fee of $140 if you get the work done there.

I've had two issues. The first one was with the parts guy, and the second was with service. Just their attitude towards a person. We bought a vehicle from them which wasn't too bad of a experience after we bought the vehicle I did some research and found I could swap parts out to make it easier for kids to get in and out of third row. Did all the research and got the Mopar part numbers. Then, I went and talked to the parts guy, and right off the bat, that's going to cost thousands of dollars. Even if it did, that's none of your business if I want to spend that money that's up to me. Still had words, and I finally said, "Do you want me to go someplace else?" and his attitude changed.The second event was the service guy. We made an appointment to drop off the vehicle to have a part repaired under warranty. After we spoke for a few minutes about the vehicle, he proceeded to tell me that the item may not be under warranty. Why would you go down that path without looking at the vehicle first. So after that, I decided to cancel the extended warranty that we purchased when we bought the vehicle so I could go to other dealerships.

I would not come back to this establishment. I gave them my car to work on Friday, never received a follow up call or anything for the whole week. The phone line was always busy as well. I called them 6 times next Friday and they said that my car was ready. All I got was an oil change and a diagnostic. Terrible service, I would not recommend. The only plus is that they have a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off. Would never go to again.

Initially, I was advised by a car rental associate, that this was not a good establishment, but my experience was contrary. My car was a victim of tik tok Hyundai and Kia theft pandemic and no shop was available to take our car. I called Bachman Hyundai and my initial contact was Peggy and she was extremely helpful. My second contact, the main man to oversee the repair was Alejandro and he was awesome as well. The car was ready sooner than I expected. I wish them nothing but the best. Thank you Peggy and Alejandro.

I have a Dodge Promaster van that was converted into a class B campervan by Entegra Coach. A fellow local class B owner recommended I try Bachman for service. Our van is nearly brand new, but in addition to the first oil change we also had a faulty airbag light that we didn't appreciate when we first purchased the van. Unlike another Dodge dealer as well as the camper dealer, Bachman was very responsive to us and completed the services/repairs very quickly. I see a few negative reviews, but I for one was completely satisfied and will be back for my next service.

My advisor was Alejandro. He was amazing. My Sonata had been there for quite awhile and although he gave me the most realistic timline, I still grew impatient. Alejandro was very patient with me. He went above and beyond to keep me informed of all the steps along the way. Very upfront with the whole process of dealing with the warranty companies (my own & Hyundai) all in all I walked away a very happy & satisfied customer. Thank you!
