We visited Burlington on Monday in Clarksville Indiana. I asked the cashier if I could try some clothes on they informed me that the dressing rooms were ONLY open Fri Sat and Sun. They are losing alot of money this way. People especially women like to try items on.

What's good?1. Great location; other stores, even competitors, make this entire shopping center a good destination.2. Plenty of parking; easy in and out.3. Checkout area laid out well; the queue can handle a good size line.What's bad?1. Messy, messy, messy. Merch scattered all over.

After selecting a few evening dresses, and walking to the back of the store, where the fitting room sign was located. Sign was posted stating, the fitting room was permanently closed, and the new fitting room was now located at the front of the store. Walked to the front of the store, and found 2 fitting rooms, no sign posted, and no employee in sight. I asked around the store, until I located sales associates. Asked if I could try on clothes, and was informed the fitting rooms were only available Friday-Sunday, and only if they had employees available. I returned selected items to original sales rack. Walking out the door, I observed several associates standing talking to one another and laughing. Very disappointed, along with another guest.

Well organized. Didn't see many sales associates around and still no associate was available. Cashier was semi rude didn't offer me the option to sign up for the club and couldn't answer why.

Only 2 employees working the day I was there, both were cashier's. No one on floor fo answer questions. Had to wait in line 20 mins to pay. There were 20 of more in line to pay. Cashier was very nice, just cannot get workers.

They have low prices on most item compared to high-end retail stores.The amount of items are sometimes very few especially in specific sizes of clothes and shoes. Still ,you can always find a bargain!

A great place to find name brand products at a discounted rate. The inventory is constantly changing so don't expect to find the same products every time you stop in. I think it makes each trip unique.

There are some very nice name-brand clothes here that don't cost too much. There are also cute bags and shoes and household items like decorative throws, pillows, art, vases, and even sheets, towels, and shower curtains. I will shop here again. Plus they offer layaway.

Start paying more so that people will come work for you and your exhausted, underpaid, overworked employees won't have to close the store early because there's only one cashier and the line is fifty people deep. I loved the service- even though the cashier was clearly stressed, she was still really kind. I'm so angry that the people who run this store clearly don't give a shit about wonderful employees like her.

Not really what I was expecting from a store. It sales factory 2 rejects irregularities in some way it has a fault. Not true sizes if you are a medium go with a large always 1 or 2 sizes bigger, if you are buying from the store.

Will not most definitely go to this store. Horrible customer service episodes. Poor poor customer service. I when it was my turn just ask a simple question. She the clerk then gave me a blank stare. I wanted to know that since I was paying for this item could be reduced. She replied in a nasty tone No!!! Will not return to this store

I was in the mood to shop and picked out several items. Went to the fitting rooms in the back - CLOSED. Went to the smaller fitting rooms in the front - CLOSED. Burlington, get with the rest of the country and open your fitting rooms! TJ Max appreciates my business and their fitting rooms are OPEN.

I'm former security I go in today shopping got profiled by two female staff one with glasses one obnoxious older woman manager maybe. You guys are overkill just for the record I'm the tall blonde wearing hood I was going to go off and call you put to your face but I'll just leave a negative review that will effect your business negatively. As former security you know you are being looked down on if they follow you from a distance or say hello over and over. It's annoying but needs to be called out. Do your job better. Won't be back
