I often refer people to Catalyst for housing. It's been a life saver for many people. I have heard about bedbugs being there but I also heard that they have treated it. In any case, this is a place to go when you have no where. So that's a blessing!!

Wow these comments are wild! Whats more insulting is the arrogant answers from the owner, who makes it clear accountability is something this greedy shelter will not do. They are being investigated, anyone who is looking to join the lawsuit, the info will be posted by the lawfirm.
When I found out, I said, GOOD!

This place is lucky to be even getting a star at all. Do not chose to shelter here if you are unable to pay for rent here. They do not let you even use wifi unless you have been here a MONTH and have PAID. Absolutely ridiculous. This is supposed to be a homeless shelter. Wifi should be at least open or avaliable even to those who do not pay. Some homeless people don't have phone service. Also was told about how some assault from men incidents have happened here and that the women can't wear crop tops or cleavage exposing tops due to the men being creepy. They are seperated but they come upstairs for meds or the women go downstairs near men to eat breakfast and dinner.
There are no locks on the bathroom stalls which makes me feel completely unsafe. The people who are currently residing here are very loud and its hard to get rest. Another thing, you cant stay in your room all day and as a person with social anxiety and just in general wanting to be alone this does not help whatso ever. When there are too many people being loud, close to me, and talking at once i feel flustered. One positive thing I will say about this place is the people who work there are honestly great people. They are very kind and helpful.

Make people pay to live here and send kids to school even if they are sick and kicks people out for no reason and. They don't have you with anything they make you do everything to get out of there. And make people pay with foodstamps and cash every month. If I could give this place 0 stats I would. Kick people out In the cold with no where to go. Do not come here they are horrible people in this place and people that lives there are liars. And they also take stuff that is not there's. They also take kids stuff away if they are there sick.

Well I stayed at this place years ago and they had bedbugs bad I had to sleep on the couch. Also im mixed so they were eating my whole body up. And I was always warm so they loved the warmness. My mom stays there now and I hope they have fixed the issue but it seems they haven't. This has to be the worst shelter anyone could ever stay and when they told me I had to pay to stay in a bed bug infested shelter I was gone. I was gonna leave anyways because of the bedbugs I was there 1 day. Sooo sad😥😥😥😥

If I Could Give 0 Stars I Would. This Place NEEDS TO BE UNDER INVESTIGATION IMMEDIATELY!!!! The Owner Is Under These Comments Saying They Dont Allow People With Active Drug Use Or psychosis But That Is NOT TRUE!!! They’ll Let Anyone In Whether They Do Drugs Or Not! Even While It’s Children There! They Take Your Food Stamps As Payment (Which Is Illegal) To Live There. They Also Charge You A Ridiculous About Of Money A Month To Live There And They Charge More Per Kid That You Have. The Bathrooms Are Horrendous And It’s Only 1-2 Bathroom Stalls Working At A Time. EVERYTHING THEY SERVE FOR LUNCH AND DINNER IS OUTDATED , MOLDY AND OLD. And For Lunch They Make You Walk To The Soup Kitchen They Wouldn’t Care If It’s A Blizzard. The Staff Has Absolutely NO RESPECT For Anyone They’re And Not Professional. They Have Drug Addicts Passing Meds And Not Making Sure They Are Taken Right In Front Of Them. They Are Not Covid 19 Compliant. When There Is A Outbreak They Don’t Make Sick Residence Quarantine. They Are Allowed To Walk Around And Even Go Out To Smoke. It’s More That I Can Say IVE Experienced But I’ll Save It For A Lawyer.
