50% of the pumps out of service, find an open one, go in to buy gas, clerk moves like he's on family feud, quickly scanning something on my transaction. He then explains he claimed my order on his rewards account because he assumed i wouldn't.
I then go pump my gas, already annoyed by the ratchet operation of the store and its employees, to find my gas pump barely functions, and a mouth breathing boomer is parked behind me, waiting for my pump when 2 other pumps are unused and open.
Overall, i was unaware Louisville had 2 locations in Portland, unsure why they built the 2nd one in Southern Indiana, but i guess i found it if anyone was searching

I had to go back to the store because the ice cream I bought was melted and reformed around the stick. Even the second one was freezer burnt. I tried to call, but of course no one answered. ??

Assistant Manager Kelsi is not management potential. Not even sure if she is employee potential. She rudely helped her little friend out in front of me while I was waiting in line. When I went up to the scan and go following her, she just went back to whatever she was doing while I waited. After 4 minutes of waiting after already being cut, I asked loudly for my tobacco products and she finally helped. I expressed my frustration with her helping her friend while ignoring me and she told me the self checkout was open for whoever was ready next. If I could get my own tobacco products I would. I wouldn't have been bothered either except she clearly sold tobacco products to her friend. She knew what she did and tried to gaslight me. What an employee.
Between the sarcastic smartbutt response and lack of situational awareness, this employee does not need to hold a management position. I'll be going to other stores nearby.

Circle K gets a well-deserved 5-star rating! Their convenience store is a go-to spot for me. They always have what I need, from snacks to drinks. The staff is super friendly and the store is always clean. Plus, their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend Circle K for all your convenience needs!
