Don't say anything, but I get some good stuff from here [drugs]. A lot. The pharmacist is good ya know what I mean. 3-4 a.m. slide in, say, give him the word, and, bam, bio bop out there door like nothing ever happened.,

I’ve always enjoyed having My primary pharmacy. Its convenient, fast. And there’s different options and how I pick up and pay for my prescriptions. That’s a win-win.

Every month I have to call pharmacies all over the city to locate one with my son’s prescription in stock because it’s always on back order and we can never get it filled consistently by a single pharmacy. I called this location to check availability of the prescription and the pharmacy tech informed me that while they do have it in stock they will only fill to their regular customers.

There was a lack of communication regarding the status of my prescription. The pharmacists would not answer their phones, requiring me to be physically present to discuss the status of my prescription. The initial staff member informed me that my prescription was not available and advised me to contact my doctor. Subsequently, a second employee, Dark hair, Olive skin, revealed that the pharmacy had chosen not to dispense my medication due to this being the first time I had used this location. This is a non-sequitur , as the medication was not a controlled substance. Furthermore the medication has little potential for abuse, minor side effects, and low risk of contraindications with my current medications. It became clear during my conversation that the pharmacist had little understanding of the medication we were discussing and that she was only refusing to dispense it not because of health concerns but because she did not want to go against her original decision. To make things even more difficult, she refused to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy and her behavior was perceived as sexist due to the medication involved. She will be reported to the state licensing board.

I called the pharmacy to see if they had my prescription in stock and I was told no that it has been on back order for months and to call somewhere else. Well my doctor accidentally sent it there anyways and I received a text message my prescription was ready for pick up. They are telling customers they don’t have their medication when they actually do just so they don’t have to fill it. Very unprofessional and lazy.

After many years of being a customer I switched pharmacies because of Brandon the head pharmacist. He’s rude, judge mental of customer without knowing circumstances or the personal health problems. It’s gotten to be to much and I dreaded going there. The store staff is friendly and helpful though.

Pharmacists are the worst here. I did a online live health consultation and choose to pick up drug from walgreens but as it was closed LiveHealth transferred me over to cvs. They don’t even want to get a voice mail to initiate the transfer I told them i am facing an issue and need prescription drug immediately but all they told me we cannot do it until pharmacist gets to it. I asked where is the pharmacist, she says he is here but he needs to get to it. How crazy is this ? Asked me to check monday which is like 48 hrs frlm when i am feeling pain. If some one is having a allergic reaction will he wait for this long ti get medicine. Just absurd on the name of saving lives …..?
