Gave them a second chance since it's closer to our home. The staff was nicer today then my last visit. Definitely is in shambles on the floor and shelves but going to take a lot of time.

It’s up and down. Prices up which can be expected.& added more to the mix but since prices up, no longer let customers use bathroom at this location. Hard when gotta really go. In desperation went in employees bathroom and it was in need of serious cleaning. It was horrible.

Watched the manager handle a simple situation very poorly and won’t ever go back. I highly recommend you go elsewhere and not support a business with such poor customer service from management. I watched her (the manager) refuse service to a man who was at the front of the line during a system failure and was instead rudely punishing the customer by making them go to the back of the line when they already waited in line and were in the middle of paying when the system failed mid purchase. The manager directed everyone to cut them and be serviced before him…? When the customer politely pointed that out they were told to go to the back of the line. Then the CUSTOMER WAS REFUSED SERVICE and asked to leave! After doing nothing and being very polite with their delivery? It was so uncomfortable to watch even as a bystander and overall was so berserk. I can’t justify, rationalize or understand her reaction and action towards that whole situation. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with that toxicity daily and that customer who was treated like that. I won’t ever shop there again because of her poor treatment and can’t believe I watched that happen as a consumer.

Absolute worst customer service you could possibly experience. I was attempting to buy a $1 pair of scissors and the system shut down after it was scanned. They called for everyone behind me to go to the next register and left me at the one that shut down. I waited 10 minutes while they scanned everyone else at the other register and requested I go to the working one. The manager who appears in red in the photo behind the register told me to go to the back of the line despite me having to wait as long as I did, and despite even the lady up next allowing me to go ahead of her she kicked me out of the store and refused me service. Avoid this place at all costs, go anywhere else for what you need. Extremely hateful and aggressive manager the owners should consider replacement.

Went out with family on Mothers day to get balloons and a black lady that works there refused to air the balloons even though she aired up and put strings on for another customer with no attitude, she was extremely rude and poor customer service.
