Went to make a deposit, the lady counted my money wrong missing an ENTIRE $100 BILL. then deposits $10 LESS THEN what i had!! I had 460, she told me it was 350, me ofc told her to send my money back out then in turn still only deposits 450 not 460! Her drawer better be over. This is ridiculos, I will also contact the BBB also, she needs to have her job taken. Will never be back to this one ever!!

I went to this branch 10/28/23 at 10:45 am on a Saturday to open a bank account. they told me to schedule an appointment for another day because someone was coming at 11 am to open an account. I had to drive to the branch in clarksville and I opened an account there. They were really nice. Don’t go to the one on 10th street in jeffersonville they are lazy

I’d always heard less than favorable reviews about this particular bank, yet I decided to form my own opinion. The initial set up of mobile banking, etc was not a good experience at all…The proverbial straw that led to the decision to part ways has everything to with the lack of professionalism and the “our way or the highway” attitude exhibited by “personal banker” Alan Pacholski. As the customer, I don’t feel I’m always right but I will always be respected. The moment that ceased, so did my desire to continue with 5/3.

Slowest bank I ever go to. They take forever to handle just two people. There is either a bottleneck at the front end or one in the drive through. It’s insane how slow it goes every time I go into this location. Never have money it’s crazy

I will NEVER bank with 5/3rd ever again. I’ve had the most insane experience opening a business account. I provided all the appropriate documentation and jumped through all of their hoops, and yet my first check deposit is under a “30 day hold” for “new accounts” so as to “protect the customer”. How on earth does that protect me?? Also got another notice in the mail saying they have “blocked” my account and will close it if I do not provide documents—the same documents I provided to open my account! Absolute lunacy. I am an honest hard working person and there is absolutely nothing fraudulent about the check I deposited. Run FAR away from 5/3rd! Looking forward to transferring my money out and closing the account ASAP.

Apparently this FTB has different rules compared to other FTB. Plenty of other banking choices near this location.

I've had this bank account for two or three years now. I never get the proper notifications for transactions on my account. Theres no overdraft protection for my sons account and its frustrating and i went to update my information on a name change and it ended up resulting in a 16 point deduction on my credit score because they convinced me to apply for a credit card amd didnt inform me it would deduct from my credit score....which i knew it would but i didnt think it would take 16 points!!!! Just frustrated all together

Can't stress enough to NEVER use Fifth Third for any services at all. Have had absolute terrible service over the years!!! I wish I could give negative stars. I tried to cancel my account over the phone on 2 separate occasions because I don't live in Jeff anymore but since there was an account balance they weren't able to send the forms to close the account. Instead I was charged "Dormant" fees until my account went negative and then they were "allowed" to close the account. The oh so nice lady on the phone said "since there is no longer a couple hundred dollars in the account because the fees used it all I am allowed to close the account". So, I am beyond frustrated with 53 banking and have been for years. Can't stress enough...DO NOT GO TO FIFTH THIRD!!! Go to Centra, or absolutely ANYWHERE ELSE!

I wouldn't even be leaving a one star but it's the only way I could leave a review... the costumer service is absolutely terrible, came in with a good mood left with a horrible mood.. almost switched banks because of the way I was treated with this location but then I went to the sellersburg Indiana fifth third dealt with Allison and was treated awesome!!!!
