Walking into this specific, five below was very disappointing. It was very cluttered, clothes were laying all over the place, and this was not even noon yet it, again was very disappointing, and you could not even find price tags on 90% of the stuff, I did see tags on candy, which I was not interested in, so I literally just walked out very disappointing. The only good thing is with this experiment is, I did get a hello welcome to five below other than that, I would not even give it a one star.

Went to this store before Christmas and it was a little messy. Which is to be expected with tbe holiday season. Went back after Christmas and everything was back to organized and put back on the shelves. Took my daughter's there for their first time and they loved it. We were greeted at the door and welcomed in with a smile, like family would be. Great job store staff. We will be shopping here more often. Thank you.

They have a lot of interesting stuff a lot of hello Kitty a lot of like nostalgic characters from the 90s they're getting a bit more expensive obviously but still a good place to go get neat Little things

It was just plain disgusting. From the smell, the trash on the floor, to the filthy bathrooms. I went fairly early on a Sunday, the bathroom trash (full sized can) overflowing. The toilet paper empty, no hand towels, I wish I would’ve taken a picture. It looked like poop was everywhere and the floor was mysteriously wet. Ive never been to a gas station bathroom so disgusting. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review anywhere before, let alone negative. But I will never go again. I was scared I’d get literal diseases in that bathroom. If you decide to go, plan ahead to not need to use that bathroom, and make your trip quick 😣🤢

Store is a complete disaster. Crap piled everywhere, nothing where its supposed to be, nothing's labeled correctly, no help from employees. It's worse than a Dollar General store. We'll never go back in there until you get it cleaned up. Sad and unprofessional.

Very disappointed! My kid got up to the register and realized what she wanted didn’t have a price tag on it. The lady at the counter offers to scan a $15 bag in place of the purse that she wanted. The item she wanted to scan was a completely different handbag and of a higher quality. Her reasoning was all of our handbags are $15. I declined And we went back to search for the same item with a price tag. Of course it was the only One that was there. Thankfully, we found one stray bag hidden throughout the mess. We go back to the same register and guess what! The bag was seven dollars. She says nothing and then throws the receipt across the counter. Terrible terrible service. I will not be wasting my time at this location going forward.

We bought two shirts for a disney trip, decided against them and returned them. We were given a gift card with credit. Went back to use the gift card and they put zero credit back. Pretty much stole money from us. I will never shop there again!

I forgot to mention the lady that was absolutely rude was working on 12/12. She had grey hair.

The birthday balloon I got started deflating before we even made it home. My daughter is so disappointed. We’ll stick to Dollar Tree for our balloons going forward. Better quality for a lower price.
Also the store is always a wreck and incredibly unorganized
