The first floor is a rehab floor, and the second floor is a nursing home. On the (rehab)1st floor, for an entire month, there has been a man in room 142 that spends all of his awakened time yelling at the top of his lungs. There is no rehab being done for him, and even the care takers say that he does not belong here. They have also said that his family can't handle him, so here he is. They haven't moved him to the nursing room floor, and all of the other people on this hall has had very little rest or sanity for the last month. On top of this, he just went in my moms room and pulled her curtain open. Thank God I was on the other side of the curtain and made him get out. I reported this to a nurse telling her I will hold this place liable if he harms her or anyone else. I don't reccomend this place to anybody. Stay away!!

I have been to about 4 of the movies and have enjoyed all of them. Thanks for limiting the tickets to 2 as that gives more people a better chance to get tickets. Thank you for supporting Seniors. It is greatly appreciated.

My mother was only there for rehab. The staff didn't even know how to put her shoulder swing back on properly. I'd make a video to show them.. They were using antiseptic wipe down my mother who doesn't have a bath in 2 and a 1/2 weeks. They left her lane and feces for over an hour. Called on a Monday to express my concerns to speak to someone. As of today Thursday they have not responded . If my mother had not been coherent they would have given her too much novalogue. Can't expect the staff to care about patients if administration does not.

I would like to thank the staff at Hillcrest for caring for my brother Tommy Holloman in his last weeks of life. It was a difficult decision but Tommy was happy there and quickly made friends with the nurses and other residents. I would like to recognize Lu Ann Varner for spending time with Tommy and the family. It really meant a lot to him. She wasn't just a caregiver. She genuinely cared for him. Also, Nikki Covey was amazing. She would come in and give him a quick back rub when needed. Andrea Sublett and Cortney Snider were both amazing nurses. They were patient with Tommy and treated him with respect. Thank you Curtis Gregory for being there for him and holding his hand. Forever grateful. Also, I would like to thank Debbie Yoest for her kind words and keeping the rooms clean. And last but not least, thanks to MaCayla Abney for always being a bright light for me in a time of darkness. She is a special young lady.

They took very care of my mother and she was very happy with her care, the staff, and therapy. I would recommend this facility for others out there looking for places to assist with their elderly parents

I wanted to take a quick minute to leave a review and extend a great big thank you to the team of Hillcrest Village! My father-in-law was recently a patient there in need of some re-hab after a brief illness. While he didn't stay as long as we would have liked for him too, of his own choosing, I must say that he looks and acts like he feels better than he did even before the illness that put him there. I know that this is a direct result of the fantastic therapy team and the wonderful nursing staff! Nobody ever "wants" to be in this position but when you have to be you pray for a team like this to be at you back. I could not have asked for a better group of people to care for this very special man.

After unexpected open heart surgery, need discovered preparing for a hip replacement, I felt the need to have some assistance in regaining strength. I found Hillcrest Village. What a blessing. My hip was of coarse bone on bone still and caused tremendous pain. The physical therapy staff was great working with me to accomplish some cardiac rehab in spite of not being able to put any weight on my right leg! After being at Hillcrest Village for 4 weeks I went home waited until my cardiologist would release me for a total knee replacement. So of coarse I came back to Hillcrest Village for rehab. It was like coming back home. The staff was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, I am working with PT again and know I will be stronger when I go home. What a wonderful caring place!!
