Kroger's RX automated system advices RX is ready, or will be ready at a specific time and when I arrive, it's not. Customer service is less than stellar as well when asking why RX is not available. The CSRs standard response is that computers don't know how far behind they are and aren't reliable and to come back later. AI at its best and CSRs that don't care.

The wait times and the rude staff are absolutely ridiculous. To pull up straight to the window and still have to wait 5+ mins for anyone to come assist you is insane. Twice in the past month I've went to pickup meds in the morning to avoid the long lines. The first time there was only one car in front of me and today I pulled directly up to the window and both times had to leave without my prescription because I sat for 10+ mins with no assistance. To add to the slowness of the staff they are also very short and rude with the customers. I moved to Kroger from Walgreen's due to their long lines and wait times but at least they were somewhat justified because of the line of cars. Ridiculous that Kroger is working just as slow with no lines inside or outside at 9am!

I called this morning to make sure this pharmacy had my medication. They assured me they had plenty and to have my doctor call it in. Fast forward a few hours later I call to check on said prescription and they say they are out of the medicine that they have to order it. Ridiculous, I go through this almost every time with this pharmacy. Bad customer service!

Have used this pharmacy for over 10 years. Called the automated system and checked status of prescriptions. Was told by system I had four ready for refill. Went to pickup the refills and was told I only had two. Naturally I questioned this and said I was about out of my blood thinner. Young lady, Taylor, proceeds to read from her screen that I had picked up that refill on Dec3. Totally inaccurate. I as became increasingly frustrated as told to quit talking to her in that tone. Then was told quote "I would no longer be allowed to use Kroger's Pharmacy '. Basically telling me I was lying and making no effort to resolve the situation. This coming from a 20something at a drive thru window. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Everytime I come here either Karen or Lisa is super rude.Today for instance.. it was a few minutes before their lunch 1-1:30. Lisa says we’re closed for lunch. I told her it wasn’t 1 pm yet.. she threw her hands up and ROLLED her eyes like it’s such an inconvenience to do her JOB. super unprofessional and always SUPER RUDE.

Time and time again this pharmacy has let me down. This has been going on for months! My prescriptions are almost never filled on time, and when they are I have to double check which prescription was filled since they often fill the wrong ones. They’re argumentative and rude when I raise and concern or question why my prescriptions are late or flat out wrong! They’re cold and careless to people who are dependent on having these daily medications on time. I have been left without medication for upwards of 3 weeks at a time. One of my last scripts wasn’t filled because they “forgot to fill the machine” for three days. I would expect a sense of urgency around these things, but would explain why they’re so far behind.I’ve pulled all prescriptions from Kroger as I cannot depend on them and I don’t care to deal with their pharmacists. If you’re short staffed or overloaded in orders, I get it. However, this is something you should bring to management attention, don’t make it your customers problem. After all, it does become our problem when we can’t be serviced in a timely manner. Some of your customers are going through the hardest time in their lives. Some of the medications are literally life saving, and when you take that trust from people, it’s frustrating. To then be treated in a dismissive or even combative way from your staff is just gross.

Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone and don’t return calls. I have been trying to reach the pharmacy since Monday and have called multiple times between noon and 5:00. When I drove up there they had closed early at 5:30 due to the pharmacist leaving early. Very hard to transfer prescriptions to the pharmacy from another pharmacy, without them communicating with you. Can’t do it through the app either. Have called in the mornings as well only to be sent to voicemail AGAIN.Edit: I was able to get my prescription dropped off today. Their technician Brad was very nice and helpful with trying to find me in their system as I had called my gyno office to have my prescriptions sent over to Kroger but it wasn’t showing in their system. Their pharmacist was also very nice getting that script written down for it to be transferred. Definitely much better experience in person rather than over the phone/app.

I was just in the location at 1027 Jeffersonville Commons in Jeffersonville IN and when I was checking out the cashier, I have his name, but won't post it here, made the comment that I would not like the Impossible beef I was purchasing, that real meat that he gets from the butcher is so much better. I am not a militant vegetarian I don't argue people out of their beliefs, but commented simply that I don't believe in killing animals for food. Should have been the end of it, but the young man goes on to explain that's what animals are for and that I should look at nature. At that point I just replied BULLsh*t and walked away. I'm sure I will be back eventually, but it won't be soon.

My grandmother was in hospice care, and needed her medicine urgently. I was treated with a disgusting lack of compassion. Ted, the pharmacist said " It's just something we all go through " with a tone of utter disrespect. The rest of the team was pretty bad too. One person was kind to me out of that entire staff. I understand burnout all too well, but there is no excuse for their behavior...NONE!

Continual lack of communication between pharmacy and doctor, between tech and pharmacist, unkind to elderly, demeaning towards anyone calmly asking clarifying questions (ie tech raising their volume repeating the same sentence like you don’t speak english repeatedly talking over you) as to why this continually happens with refills not being completed and records being lost, just asking for a general explanation, saying they don’t have something and have no record of it - only having left and to magically receive an automated text that it’s being filled. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt more than once, but I am through as a customer here period. Severely disappointed and faith lost in humanity in this industry specifically here. Have some compassion for people, accept when mistakes are made and take ownership of them. I understand the job is difficult and customers sometimes get irate, but don’t take your bad day out on people who aren’t trying to raise hell.
