The Kroger brand Kombucha has got to be the worst I have ever tried. It's smooth taste resembles dish water that prior to draining, was used for rinsing out your gym socks. I couldn't finish it. It was definitely cheaper, and for a reason.

Placed my first online grocery for pick up. Got to the store and waited only to have them call and tell me that they didn’t have time to fill the order and to come back tomorrow. I already paid, money out of account. They were very rude about this and I will not ever be coming back to this Kroger. I work near this store so it was best for me to pick up before driving to my home an hour away.

One of our favorite places to get the groceries that we need as a family!?

I don't know what the management of this Kroger is doing. Expired items on the shelves, rude employees, missing price labels. One of the ten or so employees doing their best to ignore us could have at least helped bag.

I don’t know who took over the Deli department but they need to re-evaluate management again. She not only tells the customers the chicken will be ready in 20 minutes but 20 minutes later she tells them another 20 minutes. Now as far as the wait, it gets worse. She has changed the batter on the chicken and now it’s not even dog food worthy. What a waste of time and money. Put someone who is willing to work and someone who knows how to cook to run the deli because this lady sure doesn’t!

It used to be a nice "neighborhood" grocery. Now? It's chaos. I don't like it. What happened to the produce section? It appears half of it is missing compared to the old location. I understand the basics of the grocery industry, but I seriously think the whole "department store" aspect is overkill. Oh but no worries, there's a STARBUCKS and a sushi/salad bar.12/3/2023.....got home with this today and not only did it get destroyed in the bagging process, but look at the date. This is not the first time either. Now I have to check EVERY item i purchase. Does anyone in this store know how to rotate stock. You win, I'm ordering everything online through the warehouse or hopping the river to Louisville to get it.

Thank you Kroger delivery for not only not delivering our order as you said you did but also now making me reorder our groceries and it costing over $50 more because coupons, etc that were available when I ordered our groceries originally are now no longer available. We’ve had several issues with the delivery and now will be canceling our Kroger boost membership

There is no reason my wife should go to pick up a simple prescription that we received a notification from the pharmacy was ready and comes back out to the car crying in anger from how rudely the pharmacy clerk spoke to her. Only to receive a text alert that the prescription is “in process” on our drive home. Needless to say we will be utilizing other facilities for our prescription needs. We used to stop here everyday after the gym, but it will be hot minute before we set foot in this store again. I pray that some form of management will see this and do an in depth examination of the quality of service some of the associates are displaying and make the necessary adjustments. If you want to see your business fail, and people in our beloved community consciously avoid visiting your establishment to give their business elsewhere then proceed with your current course of action.

Like the store and the fact they still have cashiers and baggers. But I can’t shop there long. The store seems to always smell like rotten meat. Turns my stomach.

I was just in the location at 1027 Jeffersonville Commons in Jeffersonville IN and when I was checking out the cashier, I have his name, but won't post it here, made the comment that I would not like the Impossible beef I was purchasing, that real meat that he gets from the butcher is so much better. I am not a militant vegetarian I don't argue people out of their beliefs, but commented simply that I don't believe in killing animals for food. Should have been the end of it, but the young man goes on to explain that's what animals are for and that I should look at nature. At that point I just replied BULLsh*t and walked away. I'm sure I will be back eventually, but it won't be soon.

My only complaint is on the online shopping and with pick up some discounts are for in store and/or delivery only. If I am spending my hard earned money there it shouldn't matter how I shop.
