“Toni did an excellent job resolving my billing issue
She is extremely knowledgeable and professional
Previously, I had wasted over 2 hours on the phone with the Adapt Health customer service/ billing department and was not able to resolve the billing error. Toni’s institutional knowledge allowed her to solve my problem in minutes. Thank you Toni!”

“John had to have a CPAP and when it arrived with the representative, he was awesome with a great sense of humor. He worked with John and had him fitted and using it in no time. He had the patience of a saint. His customer service was wonderful as we asked him the usual questions concerning use, issues. pricing, and such. The device is working well and my husband has adapted to it quite nicely. Thank you for being so good at your position and dealing with people.”

“Where we go to get all of our scrubs for our company. The people at the desk greet you when walk in. They will help if you need a certain color/size that isn't on the floor. The prices are not bad for scrubs. About average. But they have the BEST selection I have seen at scrubs at a store.”

“My mother, who is nearly 100, has enjoyed getting her recurring prescriptions through Mathes Pharmacy. They make it super easy! All prescriptions are delivered to her at her retirement establishment. They are timely, and the delivery is free. The staff has always been helpful and patient. We couldn't ask for more! The days of going in and out of other pharmacies to pick up her meds that sometimes weren't even ready on time are over!!!!”

“I want to thank Performance Medical Supply for the fantastic service they provided my Papaw. He is a Vietnam Veteran and his mobility has been contingent on a wheel chair for quite some time. So this service is a necessity. When we arrived we were met at our vehicle by an associate he was welcoming and kind. When we went inside the warmth and kindness continued to radiate from the office staff they all smiled and were very social. Not only were they personable the service was professional, expedient, and well done. So from him and our family thank you.”

“Arrived 20 minutes before closing to simply have some data pulled from a SD card. Door was already locked and no one is answering the phone.

Update: I recently visited and they added a sign to their door with a phone number to call in case the door was locked during business hours. I walked in for assistance and everyone was very friendly, courteous, and helpful.”

“I have been wearing compression stockings for over 40 years and have lived in various cities. I always try to find the least expensive place to buy Jobs compression socks. I found this place several years ago and they are the least expensive place I have found in Louisville. I by mistake ordered small and I wear mediums. To my surprise they were more than willing for me to try the small on there to make sure they did not fit, then they were more than willing to exchange them for mediums. I would recommend Discount Medical for all of your medical supplies.”

“I need to give a big shout out to Daniel who helped tremedously! After a month of going around and around with the assisted living facility where my stepmom lives and poor communication between them and Williams Bros. I was thoroughly frustrated. We wer trying to get a wheel chair approved for her. The assisted living facility (Silvercrest) did not supply Williams Bros with all or the correct documentation they needed to process for Medicare. I finally reached Daniel who was very helpful and explained to me the delays. If you haven't had to deal with Medicare before you have no idea all the restrctions now in place. He was exapleined everything to me and suggested several options. We decided to buy the wheelchair and wait to see if Medicare approved. It was only $250.00 with their moving discount. We could have either rented or purchased. Medicare would have taken over the monthly payments for rental if approved later. Williams Bros had it in stock and we were able to take it to her immediately. This was a big relief since she had fallen several time which also involved an emergency room visit.”
