“It was amazing. They were very busy. The two ladies and the two gentlemen were professional. Some customers got upset Because it was taking a little bit of time, but when you go places like that, you put your thinking cap on and your patience, but they handled everything wonderfully. I talked to the lady at the first desk when you walk in and talk to her like I knew her she made you feel very comfortable and we talked like we knew each other so that’s what we need. Nowadays they all need a raise in my opinion FANTASTIC customer service.”
