Pushy sales staff, the front counter girl switched all my products for some sort of deal but i told her I wanted 10vol but it only worked for 20/30. Also switched my Demi permanent for permanent to get the criteria of the sale but I did not ask for it and was very uncomfortable. I actually ended up not saving money because I have to go back and get what I actually wanted and needed. She started switching stuff as she was talking about the sale. Won’t ever be back

All the staff was so sweet, helpful and friendly!Approachable no matter what they are working on, even when doing planograms and unloading shipment and stocking store.The store is always clean and organized, even if low stock the merchandise is organized to reflect on the stock of merchandise on hand in store.My favorite Sally's to date.

Forgot this location existed and since I was shopping at 185th, I had to stop in. even though I didn't have a list, I walked out with lots of stuff! deep conditioner for my hair, gel nail polish and nail files, hair clips, a new hair brush and some some sample size makeup.i was greeted upon entry and was asked if I needed help finding anything. Parking right out front. in, out with my bag of goodies!

I definitely understand how this store only has 2 stars. The manager is extremely rude, arrogant and incompetent. First she tells me not to wash my hair right before I use the strawberry leopard when the bottle says to. Then my roots ended up silver instead of lilac glow. The color came out two tones of purple with no pink undertones like it's supposed to. So I bring back am empty bottle bc I kept putting it in my roots trying to get it to take. Which never happened. She tells me I can't return it but her Corp. Office told me otherwise and approved the refund later. So then I bought ion magenta to try to fix my roots since it worked for me before. Nope, it came out pastel pink and turned the middle of my hair blue. So now I have a rainbow in my hair. I go back to her with half the product and she tried to tell me that my hair is the color of the job magenta when it was pastel and blue. Then she said that the blue is what u get when u mix pink and purple. Not true. Anyone knows that's a lie. U can Google that and get the truth. Then she starts to get extremely nasty, making up lies that I was rude to her employees last time I was there. The only thing I said to them was "do U know how much this is?" I'm so sorry they don't want to do their jobs. I see exactly who taught them that. They learned from their manager bc she doesn't want to do her job either and she thinks she can talk and treat anyone anyway she feels. I told her I will never return to her horribly ran store. She should be flipping burgers or cleaning bathrooms not dealing with the public or training employees.

i’m honestly vv disappointed, i wen in there and asked them to help me with what i need to bleach my hair and they told me it’s better not to bleach my hair. mind you, my hair is vv dark, it’s naturally dark and for them to tell me it’s better not to bleach it, even tho i wanted color to show. i got scammed. i trusted the employees, because this was my first time and i trusted them to give me actual advice for my hair. at least now, i know what to do. jus trust myself, give myself more knowledge because you cant always trust the employees. jus do your research don’t let your vulnerability and trust into the employees. anyways my hair is still good, it’s not damaged or anything. i just wish for actually good information to dye my hair, instead of wasting money for things i didn’t actually need.

Went in to find some new hairpieces...no one said a word to me when I walked in...didn't offer to help or ask if I needed help and the hairpieces are slim to none. Most likely won't be back.

Wow, what a great selection of funky colors for fun hair for my 6yo. The manager was super nice, the customer who came in and chatted with me about going platinum blonde was extremely nice and helpful. Found some really fun fingernail polishes as well. All in all I really like this location.

Definitely had some cool interactions at this store but today was not it. The worker just seemed like she didn't wanna be there which is whatever but her attitude was definitely off and kept checking for me in the store like I'm not going to steal anything smh. Then I had more than a few items in my hand and she couldn't even offer a bag but the first question she asks the lady behind me who barely had anything is "can I get you a bag" like come on now. She just treated me like a whatever customer with the attitude and customer service but seemed enthused at the next customer. I come here because it's one of the few hair stores in my area and again I usually have good experiences but not todaaayyy

I tried the new option of having your items delivered within "2 hours" thru Sally's beauty supply. I placed the order last night at 3:53 pm. It does state on their website if the order is placed after 4 the order will be delivered the following day. I gave the benefit of the doubt the order would be delivered the following day because I placed the order at "3:53 pm" which is very close to 4 pm. It's now the following day and It's past 1:00 pm. Nothing has been delivered nor have I heard anything or received an email about my order. I called customer service. The woman who I spoke with called the store but with no hope, no one answered. I was informed that the "Driver" canceled the order yesterday after 4 pm. Not very happy. What upsets me the most is the store never contacted me thru phone or email to let me know anything.If you're considering trying the new option to have your items delivered to your home or business with their "2-hour delivery" I would suggest contacting the store itself to make sure it's going to happen. The fact that I had to call customer service the following day to see where the order is shows they aren't quite ready yet to make options for customers with their orders to be delivered within their 2-hour delivery option. It would've been nice if I received a call, text, or even email to inform me my order was canceled. That's what bothers me the most the lack of communication. No problem excepting my debit card tho.Double-check with the store before you request a 2-hour delivery or you may have an experience like mine.

literally love this location so much all of the employees are angels and i never have trouble finding anything i need. i spend an unholy amount of money here and i don't even regret it because its always a fun experience and other beauty stores (ulta) are so scary and feel so judgy but the girls here feel like my best friends!! love you guys :)

I went shopping on Friday 1/22/2021 and received helped from all the employees. From getting directions (GPS routed me to a business center) to finding the right products.
