Sherry is AMAZING. I had my toddler in the store with me. Sherry got slammed shortly after we arrived and other customers were helped in front of us, but it worked out well. Naturally my toddler got restless and commenced running in circles around the store. Sherry didn't bat an eye! Once she was able to help us, she was patient and understanding and moved as quickly and she could to help us with our needs. She even helped me to the car with all the paints we'd brought in for freshness/usability checks. The following day when we picked up our order, she helped load the paint purchases into the vehicle while I loaded the toddler into the car. What service!! I highly recommend this store! I can't tout Sherry enough! She is a rock star. She even loaded my paint cans into the boxes so it's easy to discern which colors were in which boxes. 10 out of 10 recommend this store!

Of course, the paint selection and quality are excellent. But, more importantly, the people who work at Sherwin-Williams, (and the Jeffersonville Indiana store in particular) are the reason I keep coming back. They are courteous, knowledgeable and treat me well. Thank you for such people!

Huge shout out to the store manager, previous manager and buff bald guy that looks like an older Matthew Lillard. I failed to get your names but you took the time to help me find the right product for my project, offered to order more product right away when you found out I was in a time crunch, and loaded the mass quantity of paint I purchased on spot. I know I probably have closer paint stores to my home but I’ll definitely be back! You guys are absolutely amazing!!!

Our waitress was amazing. We had a group of 8, two water spills and special order. She was very helpful and sweet.

Their hours posted online dont match the actual hours they're open. Twice went there based on posted hours, only to find them closed! Their products are top-notch...but I cant buy them if they're closed. Be sure to call ahead to verify their hours.
