I've never been so disrespected by a T-Mobile store until i came across a t-mobile manager named (Gerald) a heavyy size guy . I went there to receive help and left there still needing help and very upset all because he didn't wanted to do his job why did t-mobile hire him if he wasn't going to help their customers so for help and better service I would visit another T-Mobile store instead of this one

Absolutely terrible. The man tried to lie to us and get us to pay over $300 just to upgrade the plan because "thats the only way we can upgrade the phone". On top of the phone itself.. Um that's a lie and we will Absolutely not be buying anything from there. We went to Clarksville and had a great experience and fast. Im giving a 1 star for location.

They allow customers without parking placards or tags to park in handicapped parking spots & refuse to do anything about it. Go elsewhere

It was a heavy set guy who was no help at all. Wanted me spend 450 or better on a phone. Every phone that I asked about was not good at all and said I wouldn't sell I that phone. I asked he why do tmobile sell them. He told me tmobile makes them and force the stores to sell em. He had nothing good to say about tmobile and that's bad coming from an associate of theirs. It turned me off so I left. Never again will I go there

Leaving a one star review because I called to inquire about the 15 pro and was told that they cannot release that information over the phone. I said I get it you want to get people in the store and upgrade them to whatever you have in stock but explained I live 30 minutes away. The call rep hung up on me after stating this. That is not customer service, it's predatory sales and to hang up when I called it out is unprofessional.

I called to see about the iPhone 15. They guy on the phone was very rude and hung up on me and didn’t let me ask another question. I called back he picked up and hung up and then finally answered. When I told him I wanted his name and to speak with his supervisor he refused and he was yelling on the phone saying it wasn’t him who did it. Very RUDE. Do NOT go to this store.

Lies lies liesLied about giving me a 600 visa card to pay my phone and my wife's phone off that's 1200.00. When I called after I jumped through a million hoops and 3 emails to get my refund I called back when it never arrived and was told 30 days expired I can no longer get it I don't qualify. My wife's a Veteran and they did the phones in my name then would let us keep the veterans phone plan. They say what ever to sign you up then screw you over I recorded my calls with them also they didn't care nor did they fix anything ever!!?

Don't waste your time with this Jeffersonville dealer location - especially if you have the slightest concern that home internet may not be amazing at your home. There are some shenanigans going on in this store. They sold us the home internet which we got zero service. Spent a month + trying to get our money back - activation fee (which there was a trial period that the store manager conveniently forgot to tell us about (think commission) but the service center mentioned it several times.) The manager (Will) also told us to NOT bring the device back to the store if it didn't work out (didn't they check our address to make sure we would have service???) but instead to call the service center and get a UPS label and send it back that way - I am guessing so they wouldn't have to mess with returning the activation fee which they fought us on over and over. We bought home internet on July 28 and the device was returned by UPS and received at their dock on Aug. 7. We have spent 30+ days calling and visiting multiple stores to get our money back. An epic waste of time but I was not about to give Tmobile our money. I will never use them for any service. If you do deal with Tmobile I recommend the corporate stores over dealer stores. Go to the Clarksville store on Veteran's instead. They took care of us the best they could.

Ditched ATT internet and went with TMoble. Very helpful!
