I had to deal with a very sensitive matter, and Finn made my experience one that was not only pleasant, but memorable. His professionalism and empathy prove that it is possible achieve the UPS Store mission, while offering amazing customer service, and being real. Thank you, Flinn!!!! 🌑✨

I would like to thank Finn for his patience & outstanding customer service! I did not have what I should have to make 3 Amazon returns. Finn went out of his way to research & print the necessary labels. He volunteered & I truly appreciate his help. He’s an asset to your store.

Do not use this location to ship items via the US Postal Service. If shipping via USPS is the cheapest route, do yourself a favor and leave the UPS Store and drive to the post office. They said shipping my small and light-weight package would be cheapest via USPS. (I don't call shipping something that weighed well under 1 lb for $18 cheap, BTW.) I trusted them... But I should not have. They instantly lost my package. The tracking states the US Post office never even received it. I would imagine the USPS scans packages as they pick them up there so it should have shown that it left. I called the UPS store and was told I'd get a call back. When I did not in fact get a call back, I called again. I got what was the equivalent of a shrug from the store manager. They said they'd call and check but I doubt that ever happened. He did not sound like the type of person who cares enough to follow up. The Post Office could not help because they never received the package. Calling UPS customer service was a joke and when I finally spoke to someone, they said since it was shipped via USPS, they could not help. Another round of non-returned calls to the UPS Store later, the store manager was once again not even mildly concerned. I will never use UPS at all again but if you do go there and they say they will be shipping via USPS, run out of there. The store manager does not care at all and none of the agencies involved could help as it never left the store itself. So incredibly disappointing.

I like seeing Larissa. She gets to business and makes sure everything is in order. Always has a smile on her face. The crew always works hard to make sure everything is running smoothly. They don’t get enough credit in my opinion.

10 out of 10 would not recommend this location. My son was out of town and I needed to ship his medicine and his Christmas gift to him. I paid over $100 for them to ship it two day air. I asked the girl if she is sure it would get there by paying that to have it shipped she assured me it would. My son was to leave that location in a couple of days because they were traveling. Needless to say the package did not come when it was supposed to arrive so my son stayed until the next day hoping it would show up. They had to change their travel plans and everything. It did not come the next day either so he called their office. He was told that it was delayed and would not be arriving when it was supposed to. So they told him they would ship it back to the office so that I could pick it up and then I could try shipping it to him again. Keep in mind they have also told us that we would not be getting a refund for the first cost of us shipping the package. I called to verify that they would be sending the package back to Jeffersonville, they assured me this would happen and they would call me once it was there so that I could pick the package up. I waited a few days (close to a week) and still heard nothing. I got the run around with them telling me I needed to call UPS because they were just a retail store and it was no longer in their hands anymore. So I did. UPS told me that actually they needed to initiated any claims that needed to be done since the package was basically lost. They ended up delivering the address that my son was no longer at anyways and they had no idea who had his medication and gift. So, finally ... we got a claim initiated and was refunded for the medication and the gift plus the shipping fee. But .... the package was never found. So we have no idea who even has his medication and gift so my son had to reorder his medicine and wait for a new set of meds to come and me to send them to him. So he had to go basically a month without his medication and he never did get his Christmas gift. So we also had to re0order that as well. They basically acted like it wasn't their problem anymore since the package was shipped. So, I will never use that store again ever. If you want your package actually delivered you might want to consider another location as well. I wouldn't even give it one star but I had to at least do that before it would even post the review.

I don’t like complaining but this UPS charged my husband $154 dollars to overnight me a key fob because I was unable to find mine. A little back story prior to this, I have been outside the country Mx due to my niece and her husband being murdered 12/26, I left home that same day and drove for 3 days and nights to get to my family. Once there I’ve done nothing but go from one place to another to get my niece body released to give her a proper viewing and burial with the holidays in-between that stretched out over a week. Once I crossed the MX border to USA I couldn’t find my key fob so logically I worry and notified my husband back home to please send me the extra key fob. I was at a hotel waiting for it to arrive one day to the next at the local UPS in San Ysidro CA. It took three days for me to be able to receive it. I have to take a Lyft multiple times to go pick it up only to be told it hadn’t arrived or let us unload please wait to see if it’s here. I’m very upset that the office Manager Carlos lacks any responsibility his staff suggested my husband have the key-fob overnight it. Knowing what the weather was like he assured my husband it would get there. Now Carlos has been very rude, non empathetic for the ridiculous amount they charged my husband and they didn’t deliver. Not to mention what we had to pay in San Ysidro UPS and what I had to pay in Lyft rides. I’m so disappointed with this unprofessional service lacy of accountability. They havent offered no refund not even an adjustment for me having to wait 3 days to receive what we were assured would receive next morning at 9:30 am. Shame on you as a representative of UPS. My life and that of my family and my nieces kids have been turned upside down. They’re isn’t any accountability we have suffered a huge loss to have to asked this UPS location to give us a refund or partial refund is so upsetting.

The employees were very friendly, courteous, and helpful and answered my questions readily. Great doing business with them and will definitely continue to do business with them.

Came here like I've done before to send back Amazon package, but this time was Different..Carlos who waited on me,was Rude and not helpful at all..When I went to leave I was almost at my car in the parking lot and I heard someone yell something..as I turned around it was Carlos the Employee walking towards me.Carlos then Stated to me DO I WANT TO DO SOMETHING???? I said to him your following me outside telling me do I want to fight???? IS THIS POSSIBLE?? THIS IS A UPS STORE???HE SAID YES....THEN CARLOS TOLD ME He has My Address and HE WOULD BE SEEING ME LATER???? I SAID ARE YOU THREATENING ME??HE SAID YES.....I CALLED THE POLICE BECAUSE HE DOES HAVE MY ADDRESS..AND THERE HERE NOW...I CANT BELIEVE THIS EMPLOYEES ACTIONS....I HOPE THERES CAMERAS IN THIS STRIP MALL..THEN I spoke to the Owner Derrick after the incident, and he basically told me HE DOESN'T BELIEVE THAT CARLOS SAID THIS TO ME???I have two younger Children so when he said this THATS ALL I THOUGHT ABOUT..AND THATS WHY I CALLED THE POLICE ... I have better things to do than stand in the rain and wait for the police but like I told Derrick, WHY DID HE FOLLOW ME OUTSIDE??? I WAS ALMOST IN MY CAR?? I ask Derrick if he looked at the Video tape, and he said No not yet...I asked Derrick for a Corporate Number and he said he didn't have one and Hes The Owner..and theres really nothing else here to do.He did Apologize for my experience..But then Banned Me from his store for a year according to the Police???Can this get any crazier???And I've received No email from Amazon that my package was sent back? Did they send it??But Again.. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS LOOK AT THE VIDEO AND AUDIO TAPE..I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS EXPERIENCE

Finn is amazing he is going above and beyond to help me with my package that the tracking number isn’t working on. Plus with it being the busy season and their internet is down. He amazing and deserves a raise!!!!

I've used this location a few time with issues every time. The most recent issue was a Amazon return.The items were shipped in to me in two separate boxes. Though both boxes contained the same item.
When I requested a return from Amazon, I only received one QR codes for both boxes. When I took the return to the UPS store they scanned the QR codes ....no problem. Then proceed to tell me the items had to be in one box. I explained the this is how I received them. They said they each boxes had to have it's own QR code. Sooo.. I ask if the boxes were taped together, could one QR be used for both boxes. They said yes. I then ask if I borrow their tape gun sitting on a table 5 feet away. I was no that would a liability to the store. I ask them if they were kidding and the employee then got attitude and told me to either get two QR codes or buy my own tape. I couldn't even believe the attitude I received from this person. To make matters worse I believe he was a store manager. ALL THIS OVER A LITTLE BIT OF PACKING TAPE.
